Highly recommend. Uncle is friendly and genuinely passionate about what he does! Duck meat is very tender (dip with the sauce) and the "duck kut teh" soup is super tasty- my parents love it! Personally really enjoyed the pork belly. What I like about the kway chap is that it comes with the garlic sprinkles/chips as well. Will be back to try the intestines! Do support uncle if u are in the area, the stall is located in Haig Road Food Centre :)

1st time patronised this stall. Nice herbal soup. Chop portion of duck is a bit thin. Overall it's nice.

The Teochew braised duck was quite flavorful with the braised sauce immersed in the meat. You can eat it cold, warm and the flavor will still be there. The texture of the meat was not too dry or hard but recommend for buyers not to keep it in contact with the surrounding air/wind as the meat will harden like any other meat dish. The flavor of braised sauce could have been more dense as i could only feel the saltiness side and not any herbal or umami side, I would say the chili is below average and could have a change in recipe. The additional plus point for the shop is the Uncle is very friendly and would provide you with information on how to keep the duck well condition when you bring it home. I could feel the passion that the uncle have in his braised duck when i chatted with him. In conclusion, the dish is definitely better than the ones i had in many restaurants. So if you are nearby the area and want to try a braised duck, it is still recommended.

Excellent duck rice, meat was tender and the gravy was to die for. Its slightly herbal without the bitterness. Uncle was also very friendly and offered to debone the duck for easy consumption

A hidden gem, the duck meat is tender, juicy and chewy. The broth is light and refreshing, and the duck rice cooked to flawless. Parking no issue around the area. 9/10

Braised duck is very nice with Kway chap. Boss and wife is very patient with getting our order with explaining what’s available. While eating, his stall has quite a number of locals and foreigners customers. It’s a gem find... yummy.

Super friendly uncle, the duck rice was superb. Highly recommended. Must try their homemade salted vegetables and duck gizzard. The duck gizzard was super tender.

Great duck rice and I’m glad to be able to get it at $3.50. The portion is reasonable for the price paid, and the quality is not mind blowing but certainly spot on. Duck has a nice layer of fat and is tender. The sauce complements it very well. The rice is fluffy and well flavoured, not too salty. Would love to dine in to try their soup the next time.
