โ โ โ โ โ Have been here 2 times. The pizza isn't exactly bad but the service leaves a lot to be desired. First time I visited a few weeks ago during dinner, a couple of tables were occupied. The cashier who took the order was a bit curt. Think she was filipino. Pizza was done quickly due to lack of customers though. Second visit was during lunch and it was completely empty. I understood why when I was putting my order in. The chinese girl cashier was downright rude when taking orders. I think both her and the other malay girl staff were having an argument. Hence, the black face. Pizza was done quickly though and the entire time I was there, it was completely empty. I think the staff don't care much about the business and are probably chasing the customers away. For so-so food and bad customer service, I'd probably pass giving them a third visit. Nope for me.

โ โ โ โ โ The seafood pasta was obviously microwaved and it was not hot at all. The prawn is obviously raw as it is grey. The staff on shift didn't even bother to take a look when we feedbacked to her. Would not recommend and will not come back again.

We have seen the outlet at Suntec but had not have the opportunity to dine there.
We decided to try this outlet since we were in this area on Friday evening.
We noticed there were only 2 crew at the counter.
We were directed to make our order at self-service kiosk. Order was cashless payment.
Concern: Food took some time to be prepared as staff were busy fulfilling food delivery orders.
We had to wait for 20 minutes for our food to be ready. Staff mistook our order as takeaway and packed our food in boxes.
Food taste:
Hawaiian Pizza was not well baked. Topping still seemed quite raw.
Beef bulgogi pizza dressing was on a sweeter side. Dough crust was bread-like.
Yangonyum Chicken wing had an interesting hint of spiciness with a sweet & sour aftertaste.
If you like sweet and sour sauce with a hint spiciness. This is will be an enjoyable snack.
For us, we are unlikely to return for dine-in.
We shall continue our hunt for good pizza.
