Price $15.90++ per per person buffet is fair, neither cheap or ex., however, food is generous, fresh & tasty, ambiance good & classy! Prices advertised on web is confusing? It also mentioned $11.90, 13.90 & 15.90? Which is which? Generally, service is good, thks to Supervisor Bing who was a great help serving us & explained all we need to know abt Korean food. Will go back again!

Our first time dining there on 29 Dec 11.30am. It was a great experience for us. Booking system was easy and able to edit as well. The manager/supervisor and the staffs were very friendly too. Even when the restaurant was full, the staffs were quick to fulfill our orders. We held up our paper high so that they could see and we ensured that we wrote our table no on the paper too. Because of their good service, we decided to bring our parent to dine there the next day. She enjoyed the food and their service as well. Keep it up & thank you! ? Hopefully the hard work of the team at the branch will be appreciated and they get a fat bonus! ?

Came here due to a 1-for-1 lunch buffet voucher on Chope. Would not recommend for you to come for their lunch buffet as the variety is so limited its embarrassing. There was no seafood, only had 2 hotpot meat options, and 1/2 variety of bbq meat options. The price is cheaper for lunch due to the lesser options. The sauces on the other hand were nice when complemented with the meat and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would only return for their dinner menu at sadly full prices, and never lunch, do take note !

The gem of this mall for sure, attracting a large crowd all round the store during meal times. Service is really quite horrendous though, submitted various order slips and didn’t came through - and they still were reminding us when our time limit is nearing??‍♂️ Ownership is really lacking across the board for the male servers. Food was okay, some of those marinated meat were nice, but the army stew is something I would avoid - really weird taste to it. Not sure if I would revisit this outlet considering the selection and service.

Had dinner at I'm Kim Korean BBQ & Shabu Shabu over the weekend. Location is great as it is just next to Clementi MRT, but it is housed in possibly one of the worst 'malls' in Singapore - Grantral Mall. The mall is a joke - escalators are not working 50% of the time, toilets stink perpetually, the tenants are a smattering weird mix of a gym, a few F&Bs, tuition centres and MayBank. Environment: I'm Kim restaurant looks fairly welcoming at first glance and the whole floor space taken by them is huge. You would assume that a huge floor space will equate to a comfortable dining environment. No! They flooded the restaurants with SO MANY TABLES, squeezing in as many tables as they can. This means that every single table is super small. There is zero elbow space, no space to even lay your mobile phone on. Their tables are so small that I am constantly looking for space to put my bowls, my cups, anything! Really nasty set-up (first photo). All the plates you see on the table are the small saucer types, like the ones you use for holding your tea cups. Having such a small table means that you WILL NOT want to order more dishes and maybe that's what the business hopes. You pay one fixed price, you don't order so many dishes and they make more margin! Air-con is blasting straight at you continuously, which is still better than having weak air-conditioning, but nevertheless wildly uncomfortable. Food: Ordered an assortment of meat. Their marinated meat (second photo) was horrible - akin to chewing on a piece of rubber. It was so disgusting that i spat it out. The pork belly was one THICK slab that was tasteless and only palatable if you mask it with chili sauce. Now, most people who eat Korean pork bellies know that the good ones just need a small sprinkling of salt to taste good, but trust me, it will never work with their meat. The prawns are the TINIEST i have ever seen (third photo). They are like anorexic and don't taste fresh. After deshelling, the meat just fell apart like some cheap meat. Service: The service was the only redeeming factor of this restaurant, and even then it's not flawless. Staff proactively refilled the drinks, replaced the bowls containing the shells / bones, replaced the paper on the grill etc. Towards the end when more customers arrived, the service becomes more sporadic and I noticed a female customer seated at one end of the restaurant was unable to get the attention of any staff despite raising her hand. Must have been 5 mins or so. The staff don't do walk arounds to ensure everyone are attended to. And the staff don't smile or make recommendations either. Variety: Note that you are paying $29.90 per adult on a weekend for buffet. Drinks variety are pathetic - you have a dazzling selection of lime juice, fruit punch or..... plain water. Really?! $29.90 and you offer 2 drinks options beside water?! Soup bases are equally limited - sukiyaki, miso or army stew. Only 3?! Desserts.... oh you are going to be 'spoilt for choices'..... a massive selection of two - watermelon and sago dessert. Not even some cheapo ice-cream that costs 50 cents! Verdict: Go there if you like to feel confined - especially if you like to eat inside the toilet - of an airplane. Yes, that's how small the tables are! Well if you like toilets, there's one located very conveniently just beside the restaurant. Go there if you usually spend alot of time on deciding what to order. You won't have such a problem with their limited selections. Go there if you just want to waste money. I'm Kim? Well I'm not stupid and won't be duped by the oddly positive reviews again.

We dine on weekday lunch at $18.90, it's considered very effortable for buffet. They serve beef, pork belly, chicken well marinated. In addition- Kimchi, topokki, udon, western soup, carbonara, yong tofu, fruits etc. If you have no high expectations on food quality and spread, it's a decent place to feast. Their staff are very attentive and clear empty plates fast. Not crowded during lunch hours.
