★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The labour crunch has not been kind to the industry and with more and more such groomers popping up like mushrooms, Groomwerkz has stood the test of time.
I like this branch as it's very central and there is nice Mee Rebus nearby (see my other review). I signed my first package after speaking with Ah Yong and he assured me then that 15min in out is possible, even with a queue. In reality, it will take a little longer but I would much rather they show more TLC than do a hurried job.
If you are particular, you may want to keep an eye on who is washing and who is drying and try to spot a regular so that you can get consistent service. While the package is supposed to include sealant after every wash, they may skip it if you do not remind them...
And oh! It comes with free parking too after washing so another bonus point!
