I rate their service as one star ⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one -stop shop for expectant mothers. I can't help to imagine my baby using those baby stuff on display. Lots of brands to choose from and they are on sale almost every month. We bought some mittens, infant clothes, feeding bottles, and crib which are all in pink. I love all we purchase here!

Headsup to parent-to-be and friends thinking to gift a present.
If you ever buy a parent-to-be gift from First Few Years Singapore, READ their t&c’s because they will stick to it like no other superglue to compensate their product quality. Get every single detail in BLACK & WHITE from them because they will not KEEP THEIR WORD.
What kind of customer experience is this? Your pump spoils AGAIN within 1 year of child’s birth and you PLAY on the fact the beneficiary mother for not registering warranty within 3 months of purchase?
Don’t verbal promise your customers “next time they can bring back in within a year. “
You want to market yourself like this, go ahead. Sia suey.
Telling your customer “Spare part under warranty is now CHARGEABLE because your supplier changed? “Hello??
Might as well help you market to every platform.

Imagine my surprise when they emailed me back on Saturday morning and someone assisted me on the phone. I really appreciate the quick service on a weekend, keep it up!

Called their customer service number and was told to wait for someone to reach out to me but it never happened. Messaged through their lazada platform but got no reply. Bad after sales service. Neglected all responsibility once transaction has been completed.
