Dr Loh is a very detailed and patient gastroenterologist who will ensure queries are addressed and diagnosis is thoroughly explained. Trust I am in Dr Loh’s good hands! The clinic staff are also very polite and efficient, kudos to the team!

Dr. Loh is excellent in understanding the health issues of the patient and does only relevant tests to diagnose the root cause. His way of treating patient is very good.

Dr Loh Poh Yen provided an in depth analysis on my condition and advised clearly on the best action to investigate the issues. Procedures were performed well and I'm cleared with better health. I appreciate the care and empathy he gave to assure my concerns.

Dr Loh Poh Yen has incredible patience. Throughout my 5-day hospitalisation, he willingly answered my numerous questions and addressed all my concerns. Dr Loh respected my decisions regarding the 3 medical procedures that he recommended. I hesitated to do the 3rd procedure (which would resolve my condition), and he was willing to advise me on how to manage my condition instead. My overall impression is that he seeks to understand the patient's perspective, and tries to work with the patient on a course of action that the patient is comfortable with. Dr Loh also remembered small details that i'd mentioned. I think this stems from his effort to treat the patient holistically. Dr Loh's sincerity and compassion come across in his general demeanor, and these qualities make him a great doctor. Dr Loh's assistant is reliable and efficient. I'd called her ahead of my post-hospitalisation appointment, to request a change from personal insurance to corporate insurance. She noted it on my file, and the change was duly effected during my appointment.

Dr Loh Has provided us excellent service and care, giving us the best attention and excellent service. He even went beyond to help explain to me in detail items in Chinese of which language I am much more familiar with. He also tried to squeeze my daughters in to do a check up and test even admits his busy schedule. Thank you so much Dr Loh

I have been seeing Doctor Shim at Farrer Park Hospital for the past 3 months. He is very different from other doctors as he will talk to you and walk you through your health issues and problems before arranging for tests and procedures unlike other doctors only interested in money making. He also carefully arrange you for tests that are needed and tests that are not needed to avoid you paying unecessary medical fees. In addition, he is very patient and friendly and always listen to your experiences unlike other doctors whom are very impatient and rushes you away. He had also performed endoscopy for me successfully with no after effects and also keep me assured throughout the procedure. I also like to thank Gina whom is Dr Shim assistant whom surprised me with her superb friendly and ready to help attitude. I was surprised when she called me at night to remind me what to do before the endoscopy which i felt very touched as I had never seen anyone done that before especially after office hours. She is always ready to answer our queries at any point in time without attitude like many other assistants in other clinics. I am very blessed to have met Dr Shim and Gina for my gastric and intestinal issues. Thank you☺️

Dr Loh is a very experienced and patience doctor ! He treats me well and remember all the details that I've mentioned to him. The staff in the clinic was polite and approachable when I have concerns. Big thumbs up for the team !
