★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks a lot Dr. Reuben Wong. He helped me so much on my IBS problem. I did a breath test and endoscopy with Dr. Wong. He is very knowledgeable and always give the best solution. The receptionist also very helpful and responsive. The overall experience is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shim and his team made my gastro and colon scopes as stress-free as possible and that is very important and helpful since the process in itself is not particularly pleasant Dr Shim is knowledgeable and empathetic. His assistant, Gina was kind and considerate when arranging for appointments and advising on pre-scope matters. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had a recurring gut condition so he had to avoid many types of food for years and lost a lot of weight.
When his bleeding recurred again, I asked around to find a doctor that wouldn't "experiment" on him and one who cares.
We were recommended Dr. Shim Hang Hock.
I was glad to have found him, as he has resolved my father's 2 decades of gut issue. The level of experience and care that was given to my father was very good. It's rare to find a doctor like that!
My father often feared the doctor due to his previous experiences of seeking treatments for the same condition, but Gutcare and Dr. Shim made him feel safe and comfortable in the hospital environment.
Now, he is doing very well, and is now eating anything, enjoying food, and has gained weight, making up for that 2 decades worth of lost time.
So I want to thank and comment Gutcare and Dr. Shim on the great work and treatment that they have provided for my father.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shim has been a very accurate and professional doctor in diagnosing my condition of appendicitis. With his advise on the entire process n surgery by Surgeon Imran, I am relief of the suffering i went through. i am all well n healthy after 2 weeks. Very very pleased with
his calm n patient nature service.
His Personal Assistance Gina has been very caring and helpful. She even take the extra mile to search for my mom on diet for those with stomach infection of helicobacter pylori.

My case was particularly difficult, with multiple problems at once, but Dr Shim was very thorough in his diagnosis, and after multiple procedures and months of contact, I can confirm that he's easily one of the best doctors out there. He made these daunting procedures as hassle-free as possible and guided us perfectly along the way.
He listens to your problems, then explains all the medical details very carefully, and makes sure to leave you with complete knowledge about your condition, it's implications, and the treatment process.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Gina for her quick communication with us for several months, and always being willing to answer our questions.
I am immensely grateful to Dr Shim and his staff for supporting me through my Crohns disease. They are true heros, and I genuinely appreciate their continued service and help in one of the hardest times of my life. 5 stars, fantastic service, highly recommend :)
