β β β β β Dr Jarrod is a very detailed doctor. He spent time asking for details on first visit and after the endoscopy, he spent time explaining every detail making sure we understand. He is not only attentive to his patient only but the patient's family member too. Nowadays it's hard to find such doctor who puts aside so much time for his patient. β€οΈ

β β β β β Dr Chia is thorough, kind & knowledgeable!! I absolutely appreciate how he processes out his thoughts together with his patients in trying to figure out the best medical solution for my elderly parents. He doesnβt rush in his office even though he has many more clients waiting outside. He gives each & every patient ample time. Highly, highly recommend him!!! He has helped my mom stabilize with her late stage liver disease & we are so happy to have him as our gut/ liver doctor.

β β β β β I was referred to Dr Jarrod Lee by my company doctor due to lower abdomen pain and intermittent pressure on my bladder. Dr Jarrod was very patience and thorough during my 1st session with him. Subsequent scopes were made with him and he ensured the process was as smooth with minimal discomfort experienced by me. He was very thorough to ensure i understood the assessments made. I found him very professional and I have great confidence with his diagnosis.

After a smooth scope procedure, Dr Lee explained to me my diagnosis very clearly and patiently, and his prescriptions have since then significantly helped me manage my long-term issues. The counter staff were warm and professional too. Overall a great experience.

β β β β β 5 stars to all friendly staffs that always keep the warm welcome to all patients. Dr. Jarrod Lee is highly experienced, he helps keeping my condition under control (from previously I was in severe condition). I do highly recommend for those who seeking treatments to gutCARE , Of cos I wouldn't want anyone to get sick but if you do need a doctor, gutCARE and their lovely staffs are here for you.

β β β β β Doctor Lee is friendly and detailed with his explanation. The entire process has been smooth and assuring. My mum's turmoil ended within 8 days. She felt very comforting after the consultation and treatment.
The front desk staffs are nice and attentive. They are in constant communication with me about the next follow up session or the condition of my mum. Highly recommended and definitely a good encounter with them.
