I had a delightful lunch at Heng Wang Wanton Noodles, its a no frail stall but i tell you, i simply loved their fried dumpling, it was crispy n nice. I simply fell in love with it, the 2 ladies at the frontline was nice n pleasant, that makes my dining even more memorable. Will go back there to patronise their store again, simply for their simple, crispy fried dumpling n wonderful humble service. I bet the chef behind the scene must be equally nice as well. See you folks soon.

? Food wise: Decent Laksa with a fragrant and tasty soup. Nice chewy noodles, half an egg, generous tau pok, fishcakes and aroma from the laksa leaves with the addition of spring onions (that I added myself), a pretty hearty meal! Aunty threw in two fried wantons in place of the out of stock cockles, which I feel quite happy cause not every place will automatically do this replacement or maybe they didn't do obvious enough. The fried wantons were not bad! It was soaked with laksa soup already, still a good and interesting combination! ✨ Ambience wise: Hawker centre! ?? Service wise: Great! Aunties were friendly ? Price wise: $4

This is one of the few stalls in blk 14 Haig road Market and food centre that sells wanton noodle. a few stalls away is actually another popular wanton noodle stalls however they were not open today. there wasn't any queue but the line started to form after I collected my food. Price for the wanton noodle starts from SGD$3 onward. Ordered the SGD$3.50's portion and requested for all my wantons to be fried. Over here, there is actually a few options for the sauce. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of the noodle was springy and not over cooked. Noodle on the dry side, it didn't had any sauce residue on the plate. Charsiew looks dry but it wasn't. Fried wanton was freshly fried and filling was well seasoned. Overall, an above average bowl of wanton noodle for me that i wouldn't mind eating again.
