โ โ โ โ โ Love the salmon belly sashimi, fresh n yummy. The Wagyu picture 3 is super juicy and very yummy!!! The price is reasonable and the ambience is ok too. The staff gets quite busy but are helpful, friendly and polite. Highly recommended ??? u should come here someday and try it!!

โ โ โ โ โ One of the most underrated Japanese restaurants in town serving up succulent teriyaki, yakitori and robotayaki that is barbecued to perfection. They have a wide selection of Japanese sake and beer to be paired with the dishes for optimal dining satisfaction as well.
As with most yakitori restaurants, prices donโt come cheap but this can be said to be fairly reasonable. Coupled with its ease of accessibility and location, it makes for a fulfilling and satisfying dining experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Some things were nice. The chawanmushi. The cooked food in general. You should stay away from their sashimi though. We eat sashimi quite frequently. What we had here was sliced thinly and not at all fresh. Dee, the more sensitive one, asked why everything was covered in slime. Which I as well agreed with.
Service was somewhat poor. The staff thumps your food onto the table with a vengeance. This is after spinning around looking for the table a good minute. We also watched as the table in front of us asked for a plate of edamame shells to be cleared. Thrice. Let's not mention the trip and crash of a full tray of food. Let's not.
Stick with the cooked food, lower your expectations in service, and you'll be fine. It's decent, really, and well priced for where it is. You're not going to be blown away, is all.

โ โ โ โ โ For a place called Hai Sushi, I felt the selection of sushi wasn't actually that much. I ended up getting teriyaki chicken on rice though which I really enjoyed! It was crunchy and flavorful, thus making for a great lunch. I did not like the soups it came with at all though (I got it in a special lunch package). I give it 3 stars because in general, the place was simple.

โ โ โ โ โ A decent if not spectacular spot for a weekday lunch nestled on the 4th floor of the new wing of plaza singapura. Unfortunately there are a number of items on the menu that are unavailable on the day that I went, which was a little disappointing. Mushrooms were undercooked and slightly raw. The sushi was much better as were the rolls. $5 Orion beers were a nice draw.
