P	Philia Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it for the first time a few months back and i love it. Bought my friends back to this place yesterday and it was a great disappointment. We booked VIP room this time and a lot of things was shortchanged etc as the usual free flow cabbage are not included and the pickles are only given once. Not that we are cheapskate but VIP room do not have VIP services so if im going back again , I will never go for VIP again as I still have to pay additional 50 dollars for limited items and feel so weird and its just not worth my penny at all. Its better to sit at the hall than to pay extra for VIP with zero VIP experience.
W	WendyCC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been here many times, nearly bi-monthly. Never mind the lousy ambience. This place is all about enjoying the carnivorous DIY treat over charcoal fire. Price is reasonable and we especially love the special Wagyu beef and the grilled stingray fin. Goes especially well with good sake. This place doesn’t have a good selection of Junmai Daiginjo so we always bring our own and pay for the corkage which is reasonable at $30.

Don’t worry about it, the food is yummy)! If you want to have an easy, fun and tasty dining out experience with friends or a date, this is for you. Unpretentious and very fairly priced, this will become one of your favourite “locals”. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. No waiting times, super well organized. The cold beer goes down well! We “splashed” out on the Wagyu beef, that was a bit more expensive, but totally worth it. Enjoy!

Especially for this restaurant where they charge $9 for charcoal fees and force you to take an appetizer ($9) that consists of a small bowl of cabbage and edamame. An extra $18 for no reason. Felt extremely cheated as the staff did not mention the charges and this is extremely unfair. Would appreciate if there were more transparency present in the customer service process. The meat cuts was average too, small portions. Noodles was okay. Might visit again, but probably not order the BBQ.?‍?

The portion is reasonable, the marbling looks really nice and and the meats are full of flavor. Just a reminder that they charge $3/per for the charcoal and $3/per for the free-flow side dishes.
K	Khun Chalee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hidden gem. Warmly welcomed. Got the BBQ mix of chicken, beef, and pork. 400 grams. More than enough food for two people. Reservations suggested. We didn't have any reservations but they seated us anyway. There are also VIP rooms. Highly recommended.

I notice a lot of comments mention about the charcoal fee and appetizers fee, but actually they are in the menu, and appetizer has cabbage and edamame which are free flow and tasty, so overall I think they are reasonable.
