โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience possible. Even with an appointment booked it took more than an hour and tons of forms and papers and steps to simply handle a watch for a diagnosis.

โ โ โ โ โ 1. Itโs ridiculous that you need to travel all the way here just to get a remote control cus this is the only place that sells it. Cannot buy it online lol
2. I need to get a queue number and wait for my turn just to make a purchase of a FREAKING remote control lol hello samsung???? why cant i purchase off the shelf?

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the store to see what was wrong with my phone as it could not be switched on. Was stopped by a staff by the name of Hong when I wanted to get a queue ticket. He refused to let me get a queue for the customer service and said that if my phone cannot be switched on, there was no point looking at it and I had to get a new one. He did not even look at my phone (for all you know it could be a charger problem). I explained that I was there to purchase a new phone but needed to retrieve the data in my old phone and hence had to see if it could be fixed. He brushed me off repeatedly and told me I had to make an appointment.
I ended up purchasing a new phone (S22) for urgent use. The star is for the patient and pleasant sales staff. Do note however that the tempered glass recommended by the staff does not allow for ease of fingerprint sensor contrary to what the staff promises. I later went to a phone repair shop nearby and was told that my old phone (galaxy S10) could easily be fixed with its data intact.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall i give a solid 4 however the ending was superb. Service provided by Matthew Tan during collection was very satisfactory and could not have asked for more.
Areas to improve will be timely update of inventory and better communication. I was once mesaged by mistake saying the phone is ready. Since they don't want to promise a date it helps to give a reliable timeline.

โ โ โ โ โ I was attended by your Customer Service Officer Ms Sadiah (at Plaza Singapura) regarding a problem with my phone this morning. I would like to compliment her for her excellent customer service. She was very polite, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. She was able to do a quick diagnostic check to make an initial assessment of the likely problems. She also offered good advice as to how I should proceed next. I like to thank her for the very good experience dealing with Samsung.

She help me to finish all my transfer from iPhone even the shop already closed for the day. I like to thank her and the team member for the very good experience dealing with Samsung.
