★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet may be new but the service staff is really friendly and attentive especially Wei Ming. Probably one of the best outlets I have visited. Even though it’s peak dinner hour, Wei Ming still went out the way to accommodate to our request!!! Keep up the good work J cube hai di lao!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the outlets I've visited so far, this is now one of my favourite outlets. The staff are very passionate and the service is superb.
The food I would say is consistent amongst all the other haidilao outlets, but the service here is exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined in on 5/10/2022 at around 1830hrs. Really amazed by how the lobby manager 张佳利 is assisting the other tables service staff all the time. She will also have small talks with our table, and other customers in between their meals to make sure the food quality is on par. We were seated at table 9, and our service staff was excellent. We were too full but wanted to have their soy pudding, service staff from table 9 Dabao for us without hesitation. I love how all the staff anticipate instead of having the customers to tell them what we want.
Not forgetting the 2 ladies host, you guys are awesome. Always so bubbly and cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed the exceptional service and lovely food. Our server, Ms Hui Ting, a very pleasant young lady, and her colleagues were very attentive to our needs and gave us two birthday surprises ('longevity noodles' and a plate of dessert).
Food's fresh and good. Love that we could ask for the soup "to be thicken" during the topup, (especially applicable for the 白玉汤), so the soup taste doesn't get diluted with every topup. 虾滑 is a must.
The $4 'sauce add-on' was definitely a bargain with free flow snacks/various pickles/porridge/green tea.
Do get a dinner queue number before 4pm. You could call ahead to make a reservation, but even with that, be prepared to wait at least 2.5 hrs on a Friday night. We kept ourselves occupied with a WeChat game and folding paper stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What makes HDL stand out amongst their competitors and is always full house regardless of their pricing? The excellent service and soup bases of course! The staff are so attentive, they make u feel appreciated as their customer. Must trys at HDL? The hand pulled noodles (must ask for the dance) and the Bai Yu collagen chicken soup. The beef tripe were quite tough and needed to be cooked very long so unless u like it chewy, don’t order it. BTW they don’t charge corkage so do BYOB if u wanna drink wine or sake with your food
