r	rodney tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, cozy atmosphere mad very private affair. The selected two soup base, pickled vegetables with fish and coconut chicken soup. The hotpot ingredients are freshly prepared. The drinks and desserts are generously served. You do not need may condiments to go with your meals. The staff is highly attentive and friendly. If you compare this to HDL, this has my vote. All else, it would have been ideal if the replenishment of soup were using back the original soup base stock instead of standard stock.

Huge restaurant but still recommended to make reservation before go. Service was good initially, until the staffs keep rushing patrons to queue at the counter to settle the bill while we were in the middle of enjoying the food. It was total turn off and there goes my appetite. It was not a pleasant dining experience.

However, items can be relatively pricy. I had a great meal and the service was friendly and engaging. However, it does help if you’re fluent in mandarin and after the initial service, it requires repeated inquiries to get your needs met.

What’s better is that they have the bubble tea in giant mugs and one mug is enough for my lunch while I dig into the food. All the seafood and meats were good as well. Must try the coconut chicken soup base! Service could be better and the food was a little expensive but everything else was so awesome. Will be coming back again very soon!

The fruit & sauces counter are not been refill on time can sense that is due to lack of service staff. I was told earlier they provide complementary bubble tea if we give them a review. When I was making payment to the cashier, she told me due to the review awarded only 3 stars. They have to charge us for the bubble tea. I really hope this restaurant look into such arrangement. I hope not my last and only time visiting this restaurant.

Recommended to try the coconut chicken soup base and the pork belly slices. I do like their condiments station as there were many choices. But don’t bother having the ice cream as it doesn’t taste good at all. Service standards can be improved as well. While the staff are really friendly and nice, we spend quite a bit of time waiting for the food to arrive and a few times wrong items were delivered or the items we ordered did not come at all. So do remember to check your bill.

Love the ambience of the place - it is dark, classy and sophisticated, very unlike other hotpot places. We ordered the Taiwan Style Spicy (not very spicy which we like), and the Coconut Chicken soup base. We love these two soup bases so much, especially the coconut chicken which is so sweet and fragrant. It enhances the taste of the meat! The ingredients were fresh and really tasty too. Kudos to the team and staffs working here. They were attentive to the smallest details, very friendly and welcoming, and even made small talks with us. Really appreciate the high level of hospitality which is pretty rare to find in Singapore restaurants. Keep up the good work! Will definitely come back for more. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great alternative for hotpots in Singapore :)

The lighting is on all the right places and the plating is beautiful. The soup bases are expensive but tasty, much like almost every item on the menu here. The value items are the mixed platters. The bubble tea is very milky and sweet which makes it tasty. The rest of the items are relatively overpriced. I had a great meal and the service was friendly, although it does help greatly if you’re fluent in mandarin and after the initial service, it requires repeated inquiries to get your needs met.
