Asked for gentlemen cut with NORMAL FADE, and was proudly presented by the hairdresser (Uncle with goaty) a gentlemen cut with ZERO fade.
New haircut poses a challenge for me as a working professional.
Uncle then tries to salvage it by styling. Each time, he moves onto the next styling before the previous mentioned style could be set because it was simply disastrous. In his last attempt, uncle spiked my hair and asked, "how about mohawk?". Seriously?!
Try it at your own risk - my two cents.
For me, i am 101% sure im not returning ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean and fast for a good haircut, traditional or modern. Barbers are friendly. The place is swept frequently to prevent slipping on hair cuttings. Can request for new blade when shaving, to avoid possible infections in case any skin cut occurs.
Only problem is, although the haircut can be fast, there is usually a long queue on weekends and the shortage of seats while having to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying out different barbers in this shop. Apparently only the owner and less than a handful of barbers have the skills to perform the appropriate way of haircut. Today was the worst out of so many days i’ve went. I requested for my middle section to get thinned and simple shave slope. The barber used his shaver to do 95% of my haircut. This actually shows how lazy he is to pick up the scissors to cut my middle section and fringe. Very disappointed with the barber and if you are looking for a place to cut your hair at tiong bahru plaza, you’re better off heading to QBHouse instead to get a better satisfaction on their professionalism. I am never going back to this place again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oh my god.. i waited so long for my hair to grow but the barber here ruined my hair in a different style and made me bleed from my ears.. never come back because of racist signs race ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of the worst places. I don't know how they are staying in business. I tried to give them a few chances by going there a few times over the course of several months and the one thing a few barbers had in common were..... the rudeness! What a turn off. The only good barber in there was the popular gentleman that usually has the first barber chair by the entrance, beside the glass window. The rest are rude and seriously unprofessional. Get your haircuts at QB House a few doors down for a fuss free and much friendlier and definitely professional service.

Suppose to open 10:00, but they came in only 10:20.
Must be the only barber shop in town who does not do beards, even if they have it displayed in their service & price-list.
Apparently they stop doing it 2 years back coz of covid, however they “forgot” to remove it from the price/service list.
Even when I sat down, and I explained I want haircut & beard trim, he forgot to say they don’t do beards until he he finished my haircut.
On top of it, the laughed at me and my disappointment of not getting my beard trim
