Management should remove the dine in 60mins time limit. It's not even full house nor is there a queue. Starbucks was once a top customer service cafes. But to be slam with such a strict limit how could anyone socialise or do work comfortably? This is really a big slap in the face for Starbucks Singapore. Or should I say... this Sunplaza Franchaise. You traded off customer service for this very poor and unnessary logic. Disappointing. Maybe Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf works better? Or maybe Coffee Smith. Gonna sell my Starbucks Card on Carousell at a discount..

Very bad for take aways!! They just don't care. Look at how my Tuna Sandwich was packed!! They used to line the sandwiches with wax paper but not for recent purchases. Feedbacks were given but ignored!! 5th Sept 2019 So I decided to try them again after few months... The services has just gotten worse! The staff couldn't even be bother to acknowledge my request for how I want my Cafe Mocha done. He was busy chatting away with his colleague. Well, I ordered 2 items right but he simply asked if I wanted a tray!! Very nice huh!!

Seems to be understaffed on a Thursday afternoon. There was only 1 barista making drinks and 2 cashiers. There was a long queue of people waiting for their drinks to be made. Not an ideal situation to be in if you are grabbing a coffee to get back to the office.

Possibly the most disgusting and disrespectful service attitude I've encountered with one of the male staff. Gave an attitude when providing information on the location of the safe entry QR sign. Gave a worse attitude when my friend and I chose our seats. We opted to sit at a table with four seats when the cafe was relatively empty. Since when did Starbucks start dictating where customers should sit during non-peak hours? Forcefully tried to relocate us to a table with two seats but failed, however being the ever dedicated personnel that he was, returned immediately when we took out our laptops to further coerce us to shift to the high seats. What for? Is there a new policy that customers with laptops have to sit at a specific area within the cafe? I understand the 1 hour duration and such, but please, be aware that this is a business and adopt a more civil and respectful attitude towards your customers. Don't say, "That's why I'm telling you now" and give an exasperated attitude when questioned about the reasonability of your requests. Besides, there was a couple that entered later and occupied a table with four seats as well. Why didn't you relocate them to a more "appropriate" location then? Am I to believe it to be an objective policy when you only apply it to certain clients? What is a business without its customers? Very disappointed and furious that I was subjected to such a discriminatory experience today.

Busy outlet , always full house that why they set a rules of 60mints dine in. They come with new items , ok to try out. Year end ending , remember to check whatever the rewards u have , faster go redeem !

Came to this Starbucks outlet on a public holiday and it wasn't busy(can tell as most seats and tables were vacant). My boyfriend and I got a drink and started to work on our laptops at one of the high tables. After 1 and a half hours, one of the staff came over and confronted us, "The dine in limit is 60 minutes, no matter how many drinks you buy." . My boyfriend and I were still halfway through our coffee and what? Can't believe we got told to leave...... Should I bring the cup home to finish up my caramel macchiato(warm)?!?! After 30 minutes, the same staff came over and said: "Is there any problem? both of you have been here for 2 hours, since 3pm. " We understand and will leave if the cafe were to be crowded. But, at a capacity of less than 60% and during non-peak hour, to be monitored stringently for 60 minutes and then be told to leave, creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere for us. The management should start exercising some customer service and removing this unnecessary 60 mins time limit amidst this endemic. We customers deserve the rights to be treated respectfully and dine comfortably.
