The front desk staff rejected me even though I said i would only see the doctor for 5 min. She insisted that they're closed and because the staffs don't want to get OT. What a service!
H	Hazel Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible clinic. went to the clinic at 450. doctor not in clinic. staff mentioned doctor on duty just left, ask the staff to call back the doctor to see my mom whom she is in great pain. and heard doctor over the phone that she is not willing to come back. bearing in mind that if your operating hour is until 5pm, please honor the operating hour and not telling me your last registration is at 445pm. if that is so, pls put it in your website. this doctor is such irresponsible, having the heart to leave my mom in pain and not willing to come back where u just step out. HORRIBLE experience. I wonder the doctor did this profession out of money or heart. to add on, the staff is not friendly at all.

CJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude doctor Priya even you talk to her nicely she still responded rude and arrogant, she's not treating the patient right as if she wants you to leave ASAP. no asking question about your condition or even just advise you what to do Only tell me i have gastritis even i vomitted and have diarrhea already so i ask her is it not gastroenteritis? Then she still said yesterday was gastroenteritis but you never came here. Now you recovered is only gastritis. Like wow. How is the diagnose will be change just like that even I'm still in pain. I already told her i cannot go out yesterday because of my diarrhea. Still insisted that I didnt go yesterday so it's not gastroenteritis already i felt that I was not been treated the right way it should be.

The attitude of the nurse on the line made me sure that this clinic was already maddened before seeing a doctor. I asked the frontline nurse, which doctor is on duty today, she asked me, which doctor do you want, and I asked: Are there many doctors? She replied: There is only one, isn't this nonsense? I said to her: I'm new here, how do I know what kind of doctor you have, why can't you just tell me the name of your doctor on duty today? Crazy..

Went at 6pm only to be told by the staff (whose head was lying on her hand on the table) there is no doctor. Surely you would have time to pick up the phone if there's no doctor? Clearly plain lazy even though there's nothing to do when there's no doctor. Not the first time I have encountered this no doctor situation in this clinic. Went today at 11.50am (to avoid crowds I usually go at later timing) . Staff was damn rude, just tell you queue closed (clinic open till 1pm eh, might as well 8.30am when you open you tell people it's closed) come back at 2pm, cannot even register to get a queue number. Point here is all the reviews are correct, the staff talk to you in a condescending manner, as obvious in that <1 minute conversation I had with them.

This incident was a booking done via this clinic phone number and ended placing us at different clinic. Instead of guidance the staff laugh in our face?
