I come this salon for few time, this time I'm very satisfied stylist (Jimmy)..

My first visit to this salon. A male hairstylist (idk his name) attended to me. I am pretty satisfied with the end result. Will visit again ?

Worst haircut i’ve ever gotten. 15$ for a sloppy haircut that i would never pay for. Do not ever enter this salon, the hair stylist has poor skills and whenever he cuts your hair he would pull on the scissors causing it to be literally plucked off. Worst experience ever. I would give 0 stars if i could.

People may thought Hair Plus with the "+" is good salon, but this is my first and my last to visit this "+" salon at punggol. This "+" does not represent good, it represents plus anger and disappointment. I did just a basic haircut and to my surprise, it left an uneven patch of hair not shave properly at my forehead. I ask the so call "stylist" by the name of "Vinn"(prc)to shave of that patch and he answer me that that was the best that he can do with some kind of "F" attitude. Hello, this is the basic of a haircut, if this fundamental can't be done, what kind of hair stylist is he? Hair plus can even hire me as a stylist as I can do better than him. I went home and shave that patch away myself and it looks great. I have the photo of that patch if only I can upload here. I don't not know whether is he the in-charge over there, if he is not the one, then the in-charge I would say she is those bo-chap type that just one to make a one time business. I highly and strongly recommend this is not the salon to be visited. If there is other rating, I will give a negative 10 instead of the selected one star. An advise to people who want to visit this salon, visit at your own risk to have your hair being ruin. For the good of the punggol residents here, I will certainly share this bad experience with my neighbours and friends staying in punggol. Sadly to say by doing business in this way, it will not be sustainable. Good luck.

Know the owner since young as my mother is a regular customer of her salon. Owner is usually busy on weekends so she recommends stylists that she trusts to us. (She recommended Vinn) Just went for a haircut/trim and he did not disappoint! ? Nearby to the lrt so it is very convenient to get to!

Went for perm hair. Informed long hair and was quoted over the phone, $108 for cold perm. Exactly $108 the price i paid in person. Not like other salon that quote low price but when see me in person said the price is triple the original price. Served by stylist ET. She offered me tea/coffee which is good as the process took about 2 hour and i'm dozing off. She also adviced me on how to care for my permed hair. Great service. Will be back again for hair colouring/treatment.
