My concern are: 1.Dont you think its necessarry to wear sterile gloves in every session? I dont think it is really relevant that your staff using bear hands and not wearing any gloves every session. 2. I noticed your spatula is reusable- its quite scary because you have a lot of customer and this very dangerous. 3. Can you explain how you all clean the laser machine and the spatula. I noticed its not thrown away after your staff use on me. Please kindly give me response to this.

Booking of appointment: Very convenient to book appt via Whatsapp, sometimes it may be quite hard to book appt if I choose weekend or after-work time, but staff is very nice to explain and provide alternate timings. Results: Hairs grow slower and underarm has whitened, not bad!

They told me it’s permanent but then said after 10-12 treatments I would need to maintain once a month ? how is that permanent ! Anyway avoid avoid avoid! I’ve tried many different hair removal treatments before but this has to be the least effective, it basically did nothing. As I am unable to reply to your comment, I just want to let you know that no consultation was given or offered to me prior to my first and only treatment with you. Of course I don’t expect it’s permanent after one treatment but after 12 treatments, if it was permanent, why would you need a monthly maintenance? And for how long? It’s impossible to manage my expectations as you did not give me a consultation.

Aries is also very professional , kind and friendly and will follow the requests made by the customer and ask me on my hair growth. Price is very reasonable and no other shop has a One visit one time pay unlike them, super recommended !

The sessions were recommended to be 2 weeks apart. To date, I’ve done about 9 sessions! Previously, I was at some other IPL place for about 3.5 years which only allowed you to book 1 session every 3 months and even after all that, I didn’t see any difference at all. The staff here at Hairz are friendly and really do not hard sell at all, which is a major plus point for me.
