โ โ โ โ โ appointment got cancelled at pink parlour. lucky for me, Wax Factor had a slot for me. its not that they weren't busy, but they were efficient and thoughtful to my needs. Nana was 16 years experienced. She was so easy to talk to and my experience was painless. it was also a breeze, done within 15 minutes. will definitely be back here!

โ โ โ โ โ Ms. Imelda is very professional on handling clients. I was actually recommended of my sister who used to be her client also when she was still on other company. Since she liked her service she followed her here at Wax Factor. I was also with other company before my sister encourage me to try the service of Ms. Imelda and the company she is in is better. So even i was still in contract with the other company i still tried to go to Wax factor because i was also very disappointed of the current shop i was in. When i tried Wax factor the result was really amazing. Will keep on coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been doing my treatments with Imelda for years even before Wax Factor! Sheโs very experienced, caters to your personal preferences and advises well based on your skin type. Very friendly and makes the visit pleasant and comfortable. She is very thorough and any treatment done by her is painless.
The shop is very clean and vibrant, has a bidet for you to wash up and you're given a disposable towel. It's way more convenient and hygienic than a wet bathroom with a shower head.
The main thing that impressed me was the DPL treatment. Incredibly effective and painless! The machine itself has a cooling function, so you don't need the ice ball to numb the area or a thick cold slab of gel which heats up after a few shots. You could really see a huge difference after 1 session. One DPL session puts my years of IPL to shame.
I've already recommended this treatment to my friends and they all share the same sentiments!
