★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Karen. She was able to explain to me about my tooth extraction well and detacted the tooth decay through the x ray I had taken. Best thing was the whole extraction process is painless. Thanks so much to Dr Karen and the whole team. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my extraction twice with Dr Karen. From my opinion.. She is a highly skilled and talented dentist, 100% painless and always reassure her patient throughout the process. Currently im undergoing orthodontics treatment with Dr Jason... He is such a polite orthodontist and ensure he explain to his patients very clearly on the treatment plan. Everyone here including the service staff respects every single one of their patients irregardless of the patient background/treatment. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 10 years since I’ve had Dr Neo as my dentist and her service has always been outstanding. That includes also all of her staff who are very attentive and friendly. (Who will remind you when is your upcoming wedding and offer to change your appointment earlier!!) It makes me look forward to every dentist visit, which is hard to come by! Thanks once again to all at Neo Smiles!

The whole experience was a very pleasant one, and the tooth extraction(s) done were not as painful as I initially thought it would be. The staff at the clinic also provided great customer service, and were helpful to accomodate accordingly in booking appointment schedules. Recommended to any one seeking for perfect smiles.
