Great for long stay but a bit noisy with banging doors

Pretty okay location and quiet from traffic but some piping or cleaning door noise when trying to sleep at night/morning. Nice lounge chair next to bed to relax. Have somewhat okay view of condo beside

WARNING!! AVOID AT ALL COST. Ive booked an hotel reservation 2 weeks prior, on day on check in the receptionist told me that they've rejected our booking on the day we've booked. Noticed the couple in line infront of me walking away in frustration & anger. I showed him my confirmation & payment email, they claim that the website that I booked has not been updated on availability, told me to call the agency to resolve the issue. I called the websites hotline number, 5mins later a couple entered and asked for a room, the staff asked whether have booking. Couple said no, wanted 2 hours. Staff said to wait for rooms to be cleaned then can be used. I was furious, said no room yet still want to rent room per hour!? Ive made payment and bookings in advance. I then demanded him for any proof of cancellation/rejection via email, he just kept quiet pretending to look at his computer. Shady business, only want to earn per hour rates. Staff does not even want to assist in resolving the issue. Made payment, claim to reject but no refund was given. Shame on you!

I had a pleasant 7-day SHN experience here. The Superior Queen room is super lovely! It looks and feels cozy when you turn on the lamp, which radiates warm yellow light, and the bedlights too. It's also quite airy when you open the windows. The bathroom is spacious, airy, and comfortable. If you are looking for a decent hotel that's not too expensive, I recommend this one :P

Fast internet. Location not bad although few hawkers within proximity but many bus Vivocity or Tanjong Pagar. Bed sheets is clean, pillow a little bit hard but mattress is well soft. (-) no wardrobe /cabinet to store clothes. Room is not big yet not small.

This is amazing unacceptable I would say! The wall and toilet sink are mouldy, some wall paint is peeling, dirt on the duvet (this let my skin get super itchy!!!) The whole room is just very damped and the aircon is not COOL enough. I know it's expensive in Singapore and recent inflation, but really, THIS IS WAY OVER THE TOLERANCE WITH ITS PRICE! Unfortunately, there are ZERO stars for a google review. This one star is extra for them! they don't deserve this!

I had been staying in another hotel near Vivocity for my yearly staycation till I saw online about this hotel few months ago. The website stated that the rooms were newly renovated and the photographs shown on the website, were beautiful. Unfortunately, when I checked into my Standard Queen Room earlier, I was visibly disappointed. There was nothing to look at out from the window. There was little walking space and I felt suffocated being confined in a small room. There was no wardrobe to hang the clothes. There was no free bottled water. The fridge was empty. The service provided by the counter staff was less than satisfactory. I called the front desk to enquire about my room and a non-Chinese guy could just ended my call abruptly. This was the worst staycation that I had ever experienced. I certainly do not wish to be reminded about my stay in this hotel.

Nice place, friendly staff, good sized room. Location is a bit of a walk away from any train station, but there is a bus nearby. Definitely book online - if you just walk in like I did it was much more expensive!
