★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a negative experience at the store. However, manager called and apologized. He explained that he will address the situation with the employees and provide training. He also offered a small voucher. I appreciated his apology and attempt to fix things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Jelita branch to have some balloon filled with helium for my daughter’s party. Based on the website information, I estimated it would cost about $35-$40.
The staff were very polite, but explained there were lots of exceptions: an 11” balloon costs more than 3x the price if it has confetti. The prices for foil balloons also jumped hugely if the size was a little more.
When I added up the prices it came to over $80 just to inflate 15 balloons which I felt was excessive. I asked if there could be a discount for 15 and was told that the prices were already very cheap and couldn’t be bettered.
I hopped on a bus to Holland Village and tried the little party shop next to HSBC. They filled up all the balloons for $30.
It pays to shop around when you can save over 60%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great quality items! I visited the store on April 1st 2019(mon) and I was served by a Chinese gentleman and a Malay lady and they were fantastic! When I stepped into the store I was immediately welcomed by their enthusiastic greeting and it made me feel very warm. They were fast and efficient and I really enjoyed my time in the store. Furthermore, it was my birthday and it made me feel special. Thank you Wow let's party for making my party truly amazing!??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful balloons selection ❤. Staff, Aisyah and her colleague went the extra mile to attend to my req even though it was just a couple of mins to closing time on 6 Dec 2021. Special mention to Aisyah who followed up very promptly and displayes professionalism in her work and showed great customer svc. Even though there was a miscomm in between, I am satisfied with the replacement selection ?
