I like to be here, very nice office and look professional. If you looking for some material like PVC, Acrylic, plastic and everything, just go to this place. They also offer some compliment, but when I go there, I dont have this compliment, maybe because at 6.00 PM already. To get this place a bit far from city, so just prepare everything you need to carry.

All along pleasant experience with Dama with a very experienced salesperson (Yvonne) As per usual went down to enquire about some acrylic items on 6/8/22 at approx 3pm After getting a quote and samples from Yvonne , i had to head over to the upper department to enquire about laser cutting cost (nicer finish on edges) as i was informed it is under a different department. A lady in white dress attended to me and i showed her the same slip with dimensions and quantity that i was quoted to enquire additional costs for laser cutting. She seemed lost and unsure and asked me to wait while she checks her folders for a pricing. After waiting for awhile she told me that i could not order the items in requested dimensions and will only be able to get them in preset laser cut dimensions 4ft by 8ft Immediately another lady (Chloe) who seemed to be a manager came over and assisted in my enquiry and clarified that i will be able to order requested dimensions, upon which the lady in white immediately lied and said that she did not tell me i am unable to order the acrylic items in my dimensions. I was quite lost for words as she was lying blatantly after making me wait 5-10 minutes for nothing. As a salesman myself, this is quite shocking having such a staff in a reputable company like Dama. Edit: Thank you for the prompt response, I have edited my review to 5 stars and edited the names correctly with the junior staff named lady in white. I only hope that the junior staff can be advised that being new or giving wrong information is not a big issue but telling a lie to cover up her own mistakes is outrageous and despicable.

Went down to order Acrylic board. Was served by Chloe Wang. She's very helpful and patience, give me alots of suggestions. Appreciate her service and advice ???

Quick and fuss free! Went there with my dimensions and soon enough, I was asked to go downstairs and wait and soon enough they produce the piece cut accordingly to my dimension. So fast that I didn't need to pay parking!!

This company is a thing of the past! It’s crewed by a team of half hearted and unmotivated sales team, who tells you straight face that they are too busy and you can go elsewhere. Unlike the pre-covid days where they will entertain custom works, today they are only interested in no questioned as it is quick sales! Hardly approachable and absolutely zero customer service! Thank God there are many other acrylic suppliers in Singapore that can do a better job.

Unarguably the best place to get your Acrylic panels from direct supplier. Gotten my HDB toilet acrylic panels here at super reasonable price. Just choose your preferred acrylic panels, give measurements, make payment and wait for collection! 10/10

Didn't have a good experience with this supplier, claimed materials were cut and no cancellation allowed when they kept delayed our orders. One of the acrylic box costs $150 was not properly fixed. Asked for 40 bucks (20 each) to drill holes on two panels which cost $7 & $10, ridiculous! Lucky to have friend's help to have the holes drilled. Was told by friend who used to patronize them that their service has gone down hill, bad attitude from staffs.

This should be my 3rd time coming to get acrylic material. I could see a drop in the service standard. I did read some reviews that also commented a drop in service standard. For my previous purchase, the staff at the counter was friendly and made me feel comfortable making the purchase. This morning, the staff at the counter was really cold. Not rude, just very cold, nothing wrong about it, just that she made me feel guilty to talk to her and to take up her time. The saving grace, was the staff that approached me, to introduce me the material was friendly. Do note, for purchases above $200, there would be free delivery.
