Never one to complain or write bad reviews, but compelled to this time. Was running only less than 5 minutes late to class due to traffic but was refused entry because it had already started. Why can’t they be more flexible especially since I was only literally 3 minutes late? I told them I came all the way from far but they still refused to accommodate me. All the guy said was β€œoh if only you’ve been 1-2 minutes late, now it’s been 3 minutes, so cannot”. Never refunded me nor offered to schedule me into their next class. Bad attitude and service. Not a way to run a business.

Great music so that you enjoy while working out, and motivating instructors to push you to your limits! This is their first branch and it is still very well maintained.

I have mixed feelings about Haus. There are 3 types of classes - meltdown, leanout, and kore, which offers a nice variety of workouts. On one hand, there are instructors who are very encouraging, their sets are super fun and dynamic, and they work with you to perfect your form which is very important in weight-based moves found in every type of class. On the other hand, some instructors can’t be bothered much - they just shout instructions at you, asking you to beast out, regardless of whether your form is right or not. I’ve hurt myself here for sure. Some don’t care about rotating their sets much, so the workouts can get repetitive. The equipment is another problem - the handles on their sandbags are almost all broken, and some of the bags are so defective the plastic pellets spill out, making a mess on the floor. Super problematic when they don’t sweep after every class. I’ve gotten cuts on my forearms due to this. Haus, do better!

Looking for a hit of HIIT, then look no further. Instructors are energetic, explain the workout and are always friendly. Changing rooms and lockers are available as well as a refreshment counter, highly recommend the Nutty Professor shake.

They have a strict company policies on time management. It’s my personal opinion, don’t bother trying your best to rush if you are more than 5 minutes late for what ever reason. Something that supposed to be a leisure exercise for me ends up worse than a job.Their late policies are strictly no more than 5 minutes late. So if you 6 mins late, don’t bother trying or explaining, because its not acceptable for Haus. Totally no rooms for discussion. If you like a strict army camp training, yes. But if its your first time being late due to bad traffics or not, save the energy for a cup of coffee. I love their classes, and bought their packages, but sorry, this one time experience kinda sets me back from going back for more.

Had some very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. However, after I emailed the Studio to explain what happened, Hannah from the Haus got back to me quickly and solved the issue. Though the front desk staff was not performing professionally, still can't deny the fact that the Haus delivers the great class and other staff are being nice and helpful.
