The studio was beautiful, the staff are nice. Teacher was nice too. Lots of space in the hot yoga studio at lunch class, which is a pleasant change from some of the other super cramped bigger studios. One thing to add though (and this is no fault of the studio)... the women who come for the lunchtime class are inconsiderate when it comes to the use of the showers. It must be the culture there, as they pounce out of class really quick, dash for the showers (there are 4 shower stalls) and take a long time in there. Most don't even have the consideration to wrap up in a towel and change outside to allow the rest who are waiting to shower quickly. The rest of us had to wait a long time! They saunter out of the shower, fully dressed in their work clothes. C'mon ladies! Let's be more considerate to the others who are waiting. Shower inside, change outside! Everyone has to rush back to work, just like you.

Instructor (Pat) maybe good at yoga but not fit for being an instructor. After a long day at work, you def do not need a yoga instructor forcing you to sing a song for her in a hot yoga room while you are in a triangle pose, that is just absurd. Controlling instructor breathing down on your neck one full hour. Never going back. Thank you.
