This review has nothing to do with the room or facilities, but the inability to cope or fulfill bookings made. I made a booking one month prior to this date, 6th May, via their official WhatsApp number and received a confirmation from them. However, after showing up early to the place and reconfirming my reservation via a call one day prior to showing up, I was dismayed to find out that my booking was apparently not captured by their "new" system that they had just set up. The first staff member I spoke to did not seem interested in offering a solution and merely stated that there was no available booking. It was only until another staff member offered to look at available rooms at other outlets that a solution was provided to me. What is the point of having an official business account for WhatsApp if your bookings aren't consolidated or tracked from here? It seems highly illogical and frankly stupid to me. I'm just thankful the staff member found a room for us on the same night, if not I would be singing sad songs all night downstairs. Please learn from this booking system failure if not once the karaoke hype dies down, there won't be many repeat customers.

Not once but twice , we made reservations but when we arrived, staff mentioned that room is not ready yet. And made us waited 30mins to 1 hour. The first time, we thought it might be just some technical errors. However 1 month later when we returned the second time, the same thing happen again. Prior to my reservation time, they still called me to confirm my booking. Which I confirmed. When we reached , it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to hear that our room is not ready yet. And the reason given was, the previously customer was late hence their session got delayed. Why is it that when we were punctual, but we gotta accommodate due to the previous customer being late. This is extremely unfair to us. I never had this issue with other outlets to be honest. Only this outlet at 313 has got this issue. Would greatly appreciate if improvements can be made. Otherwise, no point implementing booking / reservation system.

Disappointed with our experience today. Our group had made a booking via whatsapp and received confirmation. When we arrived, we were told that their online booking system had no records of our booking. Besides that, there was also no room available that could house our group anyway. The error with their booking system especially during this post-covid period is a total bummer for us. Appreciate that the service staff tried alleviate the issue by looking for alternative outlet which had an available room. We have lost confidence in Have Fun..will consider heading back only if such issues are resolved to avoid disappointment.

Super terrible service at 313 somerset. Woke up early and travel all the way down to orchard from east side. The front desk China lady told me she couldn't find my name and contact. Keep asking me to provide the evidence of the reservation ive made and keep blaming me that it's my fault for not able to provide any evidence. Come on! If I have not make any reservations will I waste my Saturday morning down? It's very obvious that the staff who took my reservation call has forget to key in my reservation. Trying to push responsibility they push the blame to customers instead. I know have fun have many customers and not afraid of losing one. So This is my first time booking have fun and will be the last. Singapore have others KTV too I will support others.

Reservation - nobody picks up the line, and no reply via whatsapp until I had to ping them 3 days later. Guess what's their reply? That I've to pay a deposit of $20 to secure the room. It used to be $8 and they recently increased to $20 - this amount can be deducted from the final bill on the actual day. Food and drinks - The customer service via whatsapp told us no outside food, but when we arrived at the place they said that they have no food currently because chef is away(?) Wasted our time getting food when that time can be used to sing instead. Ambience/ Quality - Room was very small and stuffy, and they did not even clear the room - mess made by the previous occupant was still there. Obviously not sanitised. Shouldn't they take hygiene more seriously during this pandemic? Songs were also not updated lol. My friends and I forgot to deduct the $20 deposit from our final bill and until now (2 weeks later), I'm still chasing them daily. CS still has the cheek to ask me for receipt. Shouldn't they keep a record in their system lol probably first and last time I'm gonna be here.

Not a frequent Karaoke go-er review, but I must say the prices ain’t cheap.. ? for over $1k, we had 7 hours of singing, 6 towers of beer and 2 small plates of snacks - not sure how this pans out against the other outlets but it’s not affordable to me.. ? the beer seems diluted.. the 6 towers of beer were mostly finished by 3 pax (and a couple others who took a cup here and there) ? was told that latest songs weren’t updated too, though the sound system were okay to me ? booking system were lacklustre, calls and emails were generally not responded to, my friend had to go on site to confirm his reservation All in all, not a place I would frequent or visit, but in any case it was a night we all enjoyed ??

Ordered a basket of fries without spicy powder but end up served with spicy so request for a change. The staff return and serve the fries on a plate in the picture below. Sadly we didn't have fun here, 做生意有必要薯条都那么吝啬吗？I ordered alot food not just once fries. 3 nugget basket 1 fries basket 1 set BBQ platter
