★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up a package of Q switch for my pigmentation. The treatment was ok. But aft l finished my package wanted to enquire for more, the staff wasn't helpful at all. In fact she was quite rude not to reply to my what's apps messages. Will not go back again as service attitude by the staff was quite bad. Doctor told me before signing the laser package that my pigmentation will fade aft 6/7 treatment but after finished 10 session my pigmentation still there. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought 20 of my company staff for flu vaccination. The new clinic was very well and modern decorated. Counter staff was friendly and was very efficient. Done in about 30 mins. The staff commented that Dr Charis was able to inject without feeling anything. Overall a pleasant at a very competitive price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had arrived new to Singapore and was suffering from pain on Easter holidays and badly wanted to see a GP. Was not having the medical insurance ready. Had explained my situation to the clinic staff and the staff were understanding and helped to see the GP. The GP was also good and Knowledgeable and She patiently listen to the concern and gave the right treatment and did not give any unnecessary medication and feeling better now this is a good clinic in Woodleigh area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst kind of service we had, booked a booster jab for my child, first thing they got my salutation wrong with pure assumption. Received a call the day before telling me that we are able to come in 1 hr earlier before our appointment timing but today it was totally uncoordinated. Was asked if we needed a MC, wasnt informed upfront that there is going to be consultation charge for that. This is ridiculous, there totally no "consultation" done and yet they want to charge for that? Will definitely not return here for any type of consultation again.
