β β β β β Both Doctor Loh and Doctor Pam are very kind and attentive. The staff are all kind and friendly too. Been going there for more than 5 years and very satisfied each time we went. The only con is the waiting time - more than 30 minutes at times - but it may be because the doctor is so good that the clinic is busy. :-)
After moving to Bishan tried nearby clinics within walking distance from our new place but a bit disappointed so may just go back to this clinic if not too urgent. Just several bus stops away anyhow..

β β β β β Doctor and staffs were friendly. They limit the people who can wait inside, the rest have to wait outside. Dr was patient and gentle. Listen and take note to my problems. Overall was nice consultation.

β β β β β Dr Loh is a very patient and assuring doctor who takes time to explain to his patients their medical issues. He is experienced and not afraid to express his opinions on his diagnosis of medical conditions. Recommended GP, good with children ailments too.

β β β β β Came here for pre-departure PCR tests. Clinic was very busy and you can expect a long wait, especially in the morning. But, the best part of the clinic are the nurses, who are so cute, cheerful, and warm! They are very lovable. Will be glad to return just to interact with them again.
