β β β β β Waited for 2 hours past my appointment time!!!
No patient segregation for those suspected covid cases. I saw those patients that have to take PCR tests keep on coughing at the waiting area inside the clinic. Very unsafe for other patients!!!
I had to stand outside for 2 hours to wait for my turn despite given an appointment time.

β β β β β Dr Lim is one of the most patient, genuine and personal touch and family doctor for me and my family for the past 20years. Calm and go through each time with my medical needs each round. Highly recommended to visit during his hours ??

β β β β β Dr Lim is a good and humble doctor. He is my go-to whenever I am really unwell (or when panel doctor's medicine does not work). He takes time to understand the condition whenever I visit, unlike some doctors who just rush through the consultation. The charges are more expensive, but at least they give me confidence.
After the renovation, there isn't the number screen anymore. Sometimes I prefer to wait outside the clinic to get fresh air, but I keep having to go in to hear if my name is called. Hope they can install it again.
Deduct 1 star as counter staff can do with more smiles though. I have never quite seen any smiles during the 12 years I go there. Sometimes when you are very sick, the least you want is robotic reception.

β β β β β Went to see the doctor for fever symptoms due to the booster shot. Doctor said there's a package medication for this booster jab. We told the nurse that we dont need the medication because what they are giving us, is what we have at home. The Chinese nurse got annoyed and rolled eyes at us, and mentioned that the doctor said ITS A MUST to get the medication. We told them that this doesnt applies to the other clinics we went. Yet they insist and still forced us to pay for the medication, because its a package. They said that they don't allow us to pay for the consultation and medication cert fee. Please do not go to this clinic, heard from my friends they do this regularly to scam people's money.
RUDE STAFF AS WELL, especially a chinese young girl.

β β β β β Been going to this clinics since I were a kid. Good customer's service from the front desk person and the doctor is so knowledgeable and didn't rush us when he examined the patient . Good job Fajar Healthway Medical ??

β β β β β Went there for a bronchial infection. I asked for antibiotics to clear the infection. Ended up being prescribed a whole of other other medication that doctor didn't say he would prescribed. When I asked the counter why, they sent me back to talk to doctor who explained that its "standard prescription" and will still charge me if I didn't want them. He said he'll donate to charity and thank me for that. This practice seems dubious and unethical. Please avoid this clinic.
