The staff nurse are always friendly and patience. Many instances where waiting time were long. They will be able to advise us and always updating us. Doctor Tan is friendly, patience and engaging. He always have the good intent of the child and the parent. Overall experience is good.

Lousy service , nurse keep chit chatting in front and slowly pack the medicine while my child cry loudly. Doctor tan never observe what is symptom my child have and never even do ART test for him. Complained and don't get any answer even from their manager.

The best PD ever! My kid had a pull sprain and couldn't move her wrist at all for >1 day and was crying all day and night and refuses to move her arm. Dr Tan was patience and knew what was the issue right away. 2 mins after leaving the room, my daughter is bouncing away and like totally recovered. Simply amazing! Thanks doc!

Very bad experience with the Receptionist/Nurse/Admin! This group of people are the ones who face the customers first and first impression do matter alot. They did not give useful advice for appointment and queue. Keep saying appointment is full and ask us to come and queue. In times like that, most baby clinics will request for parents to make an appointment to avoid overcrowding at the clinic and also for the safety of everyone. So by asking parents and children to queue (OUTSIDE THE CLINIC & Within the shopping mall), is this in compliance with the Covid related safety measures? In addition, they make us stand outside the clinic to fill up forms where there is no proper table, and there's no patients inside the clinic. We had to use the glass door as the "table". See photo (i purposely blurred the parents who queued behind me to protect their identity). I always visit SBCC at Mount Alvernia and they are GREAT! Thinking that they belong to the same main company SBCC, I thought i'll give it a try since my PD was on leave yesterday. To my horror, the service and management style is totally different. Unless you have an emergency, I would not recommend going there. I feel this clinic is overrated.

Fantastic team of nurses and Doctor. I had a wonderful experience with this clinic. Dr Tan and the nurses are very friendly and patient with my child too despite him crying non stop. I totally recommend this clinic if you are looking for a pediatrician.

Amazing team of doctor and nurses! Dr. Tan is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He is also very reassuring when addressing our concerns. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. My children are well-cared for every time we visit the clinic. We’re very glad to have found this clinic!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr Tan Zhen Han and his team ( all the nurses). They really go extra mile to help us out. Super friendly and helpful team My son was vomitting very badly over the weekend, Dr Tan was very nice and explain to me on my son situation, the next step of action, what to expect. Dr Tan and team go extra mile to call us up after consultation to check on my boy condition for a few times ( really appreciate all the effort, help and advice) My boy also vomitted right outside their clinic, intially i wanted to help clean up the mess, the nurses was also very nice and help us to clear up the mess and told us not to worry. ( Really sorry for the mess and thank you for all the help)

This is NOT a review of the doctor or nursing staff. Both do their job well. However, how can one keep hours (upto 3 to 4 hours) in waiting time to see a sick child, its beyond my imagination. The expectation of this clinic is to show up an hour before the start time to get ahead in line or wait hours at the mall with the sick child. Or best, anticipate your child's sickness and get an appointment in advance! There is limited seating inside the clinic. I appreciate the diligence of the doctor/staff but they really have to come up with a practical way to address this issue. Reply to your answer below: what do you need more to address the issue? Mind going to the clinic a few days and see for yourself? This is hilarious, when people start asking for feedback over emails and start doing paper exercises.
