Doctor Teo Cheng Rong is an asset of this clinic. I have a case of hypertension & high uric acid. He is working hard to achieve a solution for me.

Clinic is usually busy in the morning but waiting time is often tolerable, especially on certain days (Monday & Thursday) when they have two doctors on the shift. Counter staff are diligent during registration, always sharing knowledge about medical benefits/discounts available based on our affiliations/medical cards. They also conduct temperature-taking upon registration and are quick to provide masks for visitors - young and old. Clean restrooms are available near the clinic (behind the lift near NTUC).

Nurses are friendly, helpful and approachable. Dr Teo takes the initiative to call the patients despite having the number display on the screen. My mum myself and my son have been visiting this clinic for many years.

Great service tho Medicine is more expensive compared to Jo lin

Nurse is very friendly and oso kindly to take ur med out from the clinic in the hot weather cos coughing is not allowed to step in the clinic so they need to bring out for you.....

Healthway Medical Limbang is my go to clinic when I have issues regarding my health. The nurses and doctors had been courteous and honest about my needs.

Hi healthway team, I am so disappointed with the staff at limbang healthway clinic. I was having a asthma attack and I called before I head over to ask if they are closing in the afternoon and yet they told me they close at 4pm. So I went there after my work around 1 plus. And register was closed but the clinic is still open. I when in they say registration is closed. But I explained to them that I called earlier and already informed I was having asthma attack and hard to breathe as I have finished my inhaler. They told me sorry and ask me to come back at 4pm. Seriously having asthma attack is not a easy thing for us who is having a bad breathing condition to wait until 4pm. Lucky millennium clinic who is ALSO closed for registration BUT they give up their lunch time and took me in to see a doctor and got me a inhaler fast. I am very disappointed with healthway clinic in limbang. My kid used to attend this clinic. But since this happened, I will never gonna let my family/kids to visit this clinic again. I am also a Frontline workers but did not expect this to happen. I understand if is just a common URTI OR OTHERS. but having asthma is not a simple conditions. I think ur staff need go back for clinical training knowing that asthma is a very serious health condition. That may even cause death due to shortness of breath
