Came early and queue since 8.20am. There were already 5 patients in front. Clinic opened at 8.30am. Doctor came late at 9am. Some of the patients are coughing and in need of medical attention. At 9.20am, a group of uncle came with passport requesting to do ART/PCR test because they wanted to travel. Doctor immediately attend to this ART/PCR test. I don't understand why the priority is given to that travelers who looks perfectly healthy. There are patients including myself has been queuing for hours. Why the travelers can cut queue just like that? Isn't the priority should be given to those who came early and queued? Isn't doctor's responsibilities to attend those who need medical attention first? So disappointing. Gave up and went to Unihealth nearby. Hope this feedback can reach to Healthway staff.

Unprofessional clinic. Had an appointment at 10:20am for a vaccination which can be completed in 10mins ended up taking more than hour. Staff missed out to register me & kept calling other patients in until the clinic was empty. Unacceptable.

Worst healthway branch visited on 21st March 2022, doctor and nurses didn’t even consult me before giving me medicine and MC, handed me over cough syrup for my breathing problem Clinic staff makes me more sick than my asthma problem, makes me talk more than needed. And, as a doctor and nurses realise that asthma patients have trouble in speaking. The male receptionist was extremely rude by assuming me giving wrong address and there was no sense of customer service at all.

A seriously traumatic event occured. I had accompanied my friend to this clinic as he was having a very bad asthma attach and could hardly talk. Upon reaching the clinic, we were asked to do an ART to which we happily obliged. There was a staff that approached us soon after and asked if art was done and just left. The staff did not even tell that she was the DR. The next thing I know, my friend was called to the reception and given cough medicine. All these without a proper check up being done. How can any doctor give prescription without doing preliminary screening? Is this the standard of DR’s in this clinic. I seriously urge the rest who go to this DR not to waste their time and money on this hopeless clinic.

I’d never been to this clinic before but decided to give it a go this morning as it is covered by my company’s insurance. I have been unwell for a couple days and decided to seek treatment today, the moment I entered, I was greeted very rudely by the male receptionist on duty. He asked me why I was there and I calmly told him for a doctor’s consult. He then rudely asked what for and I replied with “a sore throat and runny nose”. To my dismay, he started shouting at me saying that I needed a covid ART swab test for that and that they (the clinic) do not do it there. I explained to him that I had already taken an at-home ART test and was tested negative. He then said the at-home test does not count and that they would do a consult for me (which was the only reason I was there) but had to take the swab test elsewhere. He continued shooing me away and ordered me to wait outside multiple times. I complied. After awhile, he didn’t even bother to come outside but instead, decided to loudly bang on the glass window to ask me to enter the clinic. I should add that there weren’t that many people there so he couldn’t have been too busy to do so. As I walked inside, he told me to go see the doctor and kept my personal belongings like my ID as well as my cell phone with him so he could enter my particulars without me present. The doctor on duty was very professional and caring, he explained the situation to me and I was understanding. As I left the doctor’s office, I went back to the receptionist to collect my personal items but all he kept saying was “you wait outside!” so I asked for my phone and ID and I then proceeded to wait outside the clinic.. as he had ordered. About 20 mins of waiting later, he again banged on the glass to ask me to enter the clinic. This time, he was giving me instructions on the medication and also telling me to take a referral form to any other clinic nearby. After that, he told me in a condescending manner to “come early next time” even though I was there well before their Sunday closing time. I found that to be totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional for him to have said that. Is this the future of medical professionals in our country?

You guys claimed, that you taking all the feedback seriously which doesn’t seems to be case.Rewarded your 1 - 2 star feedback recently, lucky for this clinic google does not give us options in negative otherwise rating of this clinic would have been in minus. However, there will not be any further visit by me giving the tormenting experience by your staff and assigned locum doctor, so you guys does not have to worry about serving me better in future, unless this is the last clinic left on the earth,which I rather suffer. Doctor in this clinic saw me outside while waiting for the ART test to be conducted, asking me did you took ART test before visiting here, did you have running noise thats all,and not to be seen anymore. Doctor does not even know, she should introduce herself to me first that she is doctor, and I was thinking she is nurse because she confronted me outside of the doctor room. I wonder where gone the basic courtesy for a simple introduction. its a total inconvenience visit despite having a horrible experience with asthma.

Please do not get your annual health screening here. Plus: Dr Lee and Gary the receptionist Honestly, the other times I've been to this clinic when I've been sick, the service was not bad. And the waiting time is always a bit long, which is understandable. From what I read, the Chinese male receptionist name seems to be Gary Pau, and he is very friendly and is who I'd come back for... Unfortunately, he was not here on the day when I decided to do the emerald Health Screening (it's the most expensive option). I was treated with so little respect at the clinic and apparently today I found out that they "forgot about my report", even though it was already out 2 weeks ago. This is the treatment of someone who paid for the most expensive service. In detail what happened: I went to the TPY outlet at about 12pm, and was told to return back at 2pm... After which, I waited an additional 1 hour++ for a lady to do my ECG, take my height and weight and for the doctor to draw one syringe of blood... The medical assistant at the receptionist was also very rude to me and kept pushing her colleague to ask me (even though I was standing right in front of her) why I did not come in the morning... She was talking at me, via the other lady, even though she could have talked directly to me. I explained that I was working and had called the clinic a few weeks prior to check if I could come in on weekdays, and the response was yes, before 1pm-2pm. Which was exactly what I did. Either way, I waited and decided to go through with the health screening. It was a very long wait. I was then told that my result would be out in 7-10 working days and I would receive a call and or sms informing me to come down to the clinic for the review. I've paid over $400+ for this terrible service and have gotten zero updates. I called the clinic TODAY (1 Dec 2021) and was told that my report had already arrived in the 17th of November... But they had just "forgotten" and the person on the phone still had the audacity to ask me why I didn't call earlier even though they told me to wait for the report. This is honestly ridiculous and very upsetting. Also the majority of my health screening (done by the assistant) was done in their break room... It was quite dusty and the floor had a lot of dirt. I noticed this because I had to take off my slippers to lie on the bedding.
