★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the deluxe package. Overall I had a great experience - process was smooth and you get to have your personal resting space while waiting for tests. The staff were all very friendly and attentive which made the whole experience even more enjoyable! Will definitely come back and recommend to others :)

They are all very fast & efficient.
Doctor are listen and answer all my questions.
Even for review and there’s a selection for phone call instead of going down again for review.
Will definitely go back again.
Only for food which I did not request for vegetarian. They served me vegetarian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experience here at Healthway Screening @ Centrepoint. All the staffs are so helpful, professional and they know their patient well. You will not be leave unattended. The whole process just took me 2 hours and no time wasted. And lastly, as your know health screening is some time quite stressful but all the staffs here manage to cheer me and make me forgot about my phobia of going for screening. Highly recommended Healthway Screening @ Centrepoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are all very polite and make you feel comfortable with all the tests. The blood test was fast and painless, and the experienced staff able to locate blood vessel quickly. Nice refreshment too. Can do the urine and stool sample at home, no stress at clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff from front desk, nurses and doctor attending to me has been top notch! Very professional in what they do. For those wary of blood taking, the nurse doing this is very good at it! Handles it very well with small chat discussion that takes the attention away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the first amazing experience with the blood test within 10 years in Singapore. My past experience usually took 2-3 times to get my blood unfortunately. The nurse Adeline is a young girl but really a expert at doing blood test and only did once my blood came out without any pain. Good job! Overall experience is also comfortable! I will come again for sure!

I informed the staff about this and Adeline in particular handled this professionally and compassionately. Taking steps to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process while expertly drawing blood in a manner that I barely felt a pinch. Truly appreciated the service and warmth.
