He is such a nice and soft spoken guy who can explain you very details of the required exercises and the follow-up as well.
As a first time goer, he is very helpful in explaining of the pain and exercises that I need to do for my back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bala is a fantastic physio with years of experience in the industry. He has helped me and my brother tremendously with our sport injuries.
I do Tennis and CrossFit which unfortunately has lead to some lower back and shoulder issues but I currently feel great after a few sessions with him. We focused on strengthening my muscles and correcting my posture as well as dry needling or doing shockwave therapy on those areas with discomfort (huge relief).
My brother had an ACL and meniscus tear which has been rehabilitated back to peak performance (He was playing for the Atlético de Madrid youth team).
We really appreciate the time and effort Bala has dedicated towards our well being and recovery.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was attended to by norris a very kind and friendly guy! as a first time goer he explains different exercises clearly and well! alongside with his clarity he’s a funny guy too! he helped me with my recovery process well and constantly checked on me , truly appreciate his care and concern ! definitely recommend him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norris was the physiotherapist I had in Heartland Rehab. I had 2 physiotherapist before with not much improvements.
Initially I was abit skeptical about here. However, Norris extremely patient character and knowledge proved it to be different. After about a month of physio, pain subsided.
Norris is one of the best physio I’ve met. I highly recommend him should you have any problems encountered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norris is the man! He helped me fixed my dislocated shoulder and helped me go back to usual daily life sooner than expected!
He listens and is ready to answer all the questions that I had. He also gives very clear instructions on what to do and caters customised exercises based on my own progress. Definitely what someone needs during rehab!
Calm and caring nature of him gave me the confidence to do exercises I did not expect myself doing so early during rehab. Thanks for the work bro!
