โ โ โ โ โ I personally liked their medicine which is starong and effective , But i am very very disappointed in their opening and closing hrs as not following as scheduled on board and internet
Well i truly understand if its a solo doctors then they might not follow timing as stated high chances for closing clinic 10 or 15min earlier may be even an hour in rare cร se , but heartland health is a group of clinic doctors leaving 5 to 10min earlier just bcoz theres is no patient left is not professional

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly, extremely patient and helpful receptionists (Kia and Sun). They communicate clearly and handle our requests professionally.
Pre-departure ART test is $30. The entire process from registration to getting results were completed within 40 minutes on a Saturday evening, so this was super efficient.
To be honest, this is so far one of the best experience we had in a local clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ For some reason this clinic management enjoys making people suffer. There is always a queue, with covid, there is a queue of 30-40 ppl at 6pm before the clinic opens. But the mgmt has put 2 benches adequate for only 4 ppl. Poor doctors and nurses are overloaded, but that's not an excuse for administration to not put some benches and chairs outside.. I had to stand for 3 hours with a 104ยฐ degree fever. You can see the crowd at 10PM now. This is not a rare scene, but a regular occurrence.I have submitted feedbacks on their website, but no action so far. But no choice for me and the neighbors, this is the only clinic walkable from my block which has PCR tests and master health check up.

โ โ โ โ โ Today i call the ppl pick up.phone talking quite rude...i ask nicely about my appointment thing...she keep saying i dunno i dunno u dun call here not i make reservation one...we close soon...u dun call i dunno... Keep saying like that...is very disappointed...justvwann double confirm the reservation then she gv me this kind answer

โ โ โ โ โ I have been back and forth with the customer service via WhatsApp regarding my digital vaccination code, and she/he had been super helpful! She/he deserves a raise! So patient so polite!

โ โ โ โ โ The ladies at the counter and taking vitals are very nice, despite being extremly busy.
The doctor, however, was the worst experience I had. Most of my questions were answered by "check online". That, and being rushed like i have never been, after waiting 1.5h to see her. Not going to go back to this clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ It's my First time going to this clinic. Upon testing positive using ART, i call the clinic if I'm able to come over for further testing. The person who pick up the phone call was so nice and explain the procedure need to do. When i reach the clinic, the receptionist was so kind and friendly cause i think she can see from my facial expression that i was nervous of getting covid. The doctor that attend to me, never seen that kind of patience doctor that help me calm down. Overall good experience
