Waiting time easily get 2-3 hours

Reached the clinic 5.50pm. waited for the doctor to arrive for almost 1.5hrs. paid more than $20 for headache body ache running nose but only receive 1 pkt of tablets. my family called me an idiot? it's time to get new staffs and order relevant medicine for relevant ailments

Had a booking at 1500H and when i reach there 15 minutes before the scheduled timing, the clinic was closed. Clinic with a irresponsible management .Wasted my time in my busy schedule to head down.

If you’re feeling unwell and desperately seeking a doctor to help you alleviate your symptoms, don’t visit this clinic. Can safely say this was the worst doctor I’ve ever seen.

On 21 Feb 2022, around 11.28Hrs I n my bf when to this clinic. One of the receptionist behaviour was very rude. We saw her she was busy on telephone and we wait almost 5 to 10min, just stand infront of her. Once she hang-up the phone, we produced our WP to her, she asked 'are u 1st time coming, I said 'yes'. And then she said 'heyooooo, and then talked with her working partner in Chinese language which is we couldnot understand'. Ppl sick come to see doctor. This stupid receptionist behaved like irritating ?.

Wanted to book an appointment via my insurance app. Saw this clinic happened to be near my area and was advised by the app to give a call. Was greeted by an extremely loud and rude receptionist who kept shouting "why do you want to see the doctor" and "FOR WHAT?". Only after a rather painful exchange, did she say that they were a walk-in clinic. Omg,say lah. After reading the reviews, think I'm going to skip going here. I value my health.

Waited for 1hr++ despite only 2 patients in front of me. Body was aching terribly yet the doctor was there lecturing me aka being rude to tell me that I shouldn’t be telling doctor this and that, in fact i should just let the doctor that im unwell and let them examine ??? After that he gave me a note to bring to the front desk and they will give me some strips for urine check. So i asked the doc whether i should bring my belongings with me, bc i was unsure if i still go back into the consultation room after performing the test. And he told me “the toilet is very big you can put wherever you want” ??? Is it that hard to just go straight to the point? Is this how the doctor should treat the patient? I mean, if you really wanna go for retirement life you can just close it down, your patients deserve better treatment ? When he realised he doesn’t know what’s the cause for my problems then only he started to talk in friendlier manner. Overall, the doctor is rude, one of the front desk lady is impatient as well. She speaks very soft and expect me being able to hear her, and when you get her to repeat she just show her impatience

Wish I read the reviews earlier. Decided to go online to see who the doctor is while waiting for the past hour for him to arrive at the clinic. True enough the doctor arrived an hour after the clinic opened. No respect or care for the many sick patients waiting since 9am and from the reviews, this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Definitely going to be our first and last time here!
