OneCare Clinic Bedok MRT - 315 New Upper Changi Rd

Great experience here, as Dr Yang Feng explained thoroughly regarding my queries. She was very knowledgeable and professional .The receptionist Nole has excellent customer service and multitasking skills.She was very polite and patient.

This is the third time I visit this clinic. For the last two visits, the experiences were really good, Doctors have been caring and professional. However, during this visit, I was so disappointed and frustrated with the way receptionist Christina or (Christine _ I can't hear her name clearly as her voice became soft when I asked her her name). When I entered the clinic, I showed her my ID on SingPass app with the ID numbers, immediately she told me that she want my ID card number with a frustrating attitude. I explained that the ID number is appearing on the app. Then she placed the register paper in front of my face (the one to fill in company name) without saying a word. I asked her what is this for. She said two words "fill in". If I don't really need to see Dr now now, I will walk away immediately. I don't believe this is the attitude and the service that the patient should be receiving. I hope that the service will be improved next time.

Most doctors very kind, but the old counter staff is terrible. She always angry. When i asked, she only get annoyed. I don't want to never go there again! Most clinic price is same. why should i go there that receive unfair treatment? She don't want to work there. You must work, if you get paid in clinic. if she still work there, I don't never go there. If you don't want to your feeling bad, you have to go another clinics.

Doctor and nurse are cold. Seems like they are not interested in seeing the patients even though im the only one in the queue this morning

The doctor is quite meticulous and knowledgeable. The reception was fine and very polite. However I am quite confused as i was charged $$ for a specialist referral letter. They said it's because i asked for it... This is the first time i encountered a chargeable referral letter after going to many GP in the island.

My wife was positive for covid, but nurse indicated she's negative on MOH website. When my wife called and asked why not correct results were declared, she put her on hold and just didnt pick up again. HOW INCOPETENT CAN A NURSE BE?????

Staff with bad attitude, unclear of procedures and not able to advice me professionally made me run multiple times to the clinic because they don’t know lab is closed on the Monday following a public holiday. Spent $700+ for health screening and close to 4 weeks down time but ended up giving myself so much trouble. Bad experience. Btw most replied by the onecare will be pls write a feedback. Do onecare medical really look into every feedbacks seriously or just want to make money! So disappointed!

At 7.45pm, I visited this clinic to ask the closing time she mentioned at 9pm. I trying to help my friend to register she say can’t so I ask her what the last registration she informed that 8.15pm is the last registration. So i clarify with her your notice mention 15mins before closing time and the clinic don’t have any patients at all. The nurse was unprofessional and the service terrible.
