★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought mother in law to see Dr Roy as she is having sore throat, cough and fever. She was given antibiotics, fever and cough medicine. Dr gave option of common polyclinic medicine or more expensive "better" medicine. Opted for the "better" medicine. Guess how much is the bill....$160.....I paid $70 for the same "better" medication at our regular GP which was closed today. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had recently done a laser in Farmicare as my pigmentation and dark spots worsened. Had seen Dr Chio for weight management but was always afraid to do laser as I was scared of pain. Dr Chio explained in detail the several types of spots that had formed on my face and the different device he would use to treat it. The nurse had carefully & adequately put a numbing cream on my face and surprising the whole process was quite painless. I have completely healed from the laser treatment and the dark spots and pigmented areas on my face were significantly reduced just after one treatment! So happy that my face is now more radiant and bright, thanks to Dr Chio & his team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operating hours stated 9am-3pm, however doctor (Dr Roy Chio) only arrives around 11.30am-12.15pm. Once the doctor arrived, it seems like he just rushed through all his patients..
Counter Nurses were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for that.
However, doctor was not friendly at all. merely asked what was the problem. not a single bit of concern or explanation on my illness was given. i don’t expect him to treat patients like a baby.. but at least.. make them feel comfortable and act like you really want to treat them. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommend Dr Roy to me for my long time medical history and decided to give it a try. I was surprise that I can call in to make an appointment unlike most clinic which need you to go to the clinic for regristration. Good and friendly nurse as she actually gave me a time when Dr Roy will come in the clinic and also inform me that there are how many patients in front of me. When I reach the clinic Dr Roy was not around and she apologized for the lateness very sincerely. When I was my turn to go in Dr Roy actually also apologize to me. Good and friendly services by all the nurses and Dr Roy. Definitely will go back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Roy and his nurses are very helpful. Especially when I consult him for my long time illness. He gave me a few choices for treatment unlike other GP which just give me the same medication over and over again. Dr Roy even go through the extend finding the medicine from afew suppliers just to order the medicine as he don't carry in his clinic. He is one of the best doctor I have seen so far. He is a good and nice doctor which will think which is the best for patient first.
