Very communicative and efficient from start to finish - contacted them twice for disinfection services in my home because a family member contracted covid. My query was responded to within an hour, and a time was set within the next hour or so. The cleaning for both times were performed professionally and in a timely manner - all hotspots and touchpoints were cleaned thoroughly, disinfecting chemicals were provided for laundry, explanations were given for what they had done for us. The relief felt from the quick response, arrangement, and thorough cleaning is really something else, and we are glad we engaged Nanotech Cleaning for their services. Many thanks!!

The price they quoted me is reasonably GOOD that doesn’t create any hole in my wallet.. their services is superb! I liaise with Alex for the services and on the day itself, Matthew J did an awesome job! They even accept my request on sending my worn clothes to laundry.. kid you not! Their staff, Wen Xin, was approachable and prompt to reply and able to cater to the individual needs for the booking. Alex and the cleaner team were also very professional. Not only were they thorough with disinfecting, cleaning, wiping and moping of the room and toilet, Alex was also very patient to explain and show picture of what they have done to assure the customer. They were also flexible and cleared with the payment mode (can pay PayNow and only need to do so after service with their issue invoice). Excellent service, team! Will recommend to my friends and relatives! Thank you.

They did a thorough disinfect for the house. Wiping down all the high touch area. Drop them a message on Sun through their website and they called me back within 1 hr to explain their scope of work. Reasonable price. Their friendly staffs came earlier than agreed time. They explain to us on what they are going to do. N also let us know what needs to cover up example your drinking water and food that are exposed out.check wif us which area which we don't want them to touch. Whole process took about 1.5 to 2hrs. I will really recommend them if u wish to do a full disinfect for your hse. Do check out on their webiste on the services that they provide...

They not only disinfected the whole house but also cleaned all possible touch-points (even window grills and wall-mounted fans) leaving no stone unturned. They also poured down disinfecting chemicals into our sinks and drains and even pointed out to change our tap cover. They even cleaned the area outside of our doorstep and provided us with some of their chemicals to wash our clothes. We are all impressed by the detailed explanation of what they have done and grateful that we have engaged Nanotech Cleaning for the disinfection of our whole house. I feel so safe after we have engaged Nanotech Cleaning to do a disinfection of our whole house. Hence we encouraged all who wants to do disinfection to seriously consider Nanotech Cleaning company and they do a fantastic job.
