★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a popular stall in Koufu (2nd floor of HDB Hub). I love the Emperor Herbal Chicken!
For just $7.80, I ate this with brown rice at Koufu, Toa Payoh Hub.
Pretty good. The brown rice is softer than a few other food stalls in Singapore. I wish I brought some green leafy vegetables to eat with it
