The one thing that attracted me to the place was the size of the balcony. It is really spacious as per the pictures in the website. Did not expect that there’s alot of amenities that we can make use of as well! Overall it was a good stay and would definitely return and this time, abit longer.

The concept of the apartment is seamless for young adults as check in is done via mobile and the hotel even provides a mobile key to access the room. Location ia great and just a 5 min walk from clarke quay MRT. Basic amenities provided - wifi & kitchenette as described in room description. However….. 1. Even though staff created a group chat to facilitate communication between us and the staff, none of my enquiries were answered to. I had difficulty checking in as I was in the wrong location, and was only assisted by a staff who passed by, as nobody replied my enquiry in the group chat. On the second day of my stay, one of the staff reached out to me to inform me that they wanted to give me a complimentary tote bag, but nothing was done, not even after i checked out. 2. Room and toilet is very small for a loft, suitable for 1 person, but a little squeezy for 2. 3. Check out time is really early at 11am, with no option for guests to opt for late check out. 4. Floors were sticky when we entered the room, and there was half a jug of water left in the fridge. Overall, okay for a basic stay but not reccommended for a staycation. Better options out there.

1. I understand the hotel policy that only cleans once per weekdays. But when it comes to cleaning, you have to do it properly! Trash cans are not cleaned(not empty). Towels have not been changed and I don't know if the toilets have been cleaned. Is this clean? 2. And also, clean the air-conditioner's filter properly. Dirty dust from the filter keeps falling to the desk. 3. I think the mobile key needs improvement in the response speed of Bluetooth. And when an update occurs, please notify us as soon as possible. I don't want to be outside all the time because it's hot. 4. And why use only one Wi-Fi? I think you need to install additional Wi-Fi for each room. Public Wi-Fi cuts out too often, and the speed drops significantly when multiple people use it at the same time. Thanks for your kind WhatsApp reply. I know you are having a hard time, but I would like to see some improvement.

Irean Ho: excellent customer service, her colleague was also very helpful. Responsive and improved the experience. They are the key to making me give a nicer review. They deserve pay rises. Help me to push luggage in the rain, I thank irean. Room: bed was comfortable, equipment were working, shower room was clean. However, the cleanliness was not desirable. Dust above the bed, dust fluff that hung on walls, hair on floor, hair clump on chair legs, dirty cooking equipment, a plastic bag in the fridge, showed lack of attention to details. It led me to wonder if sanitization was done on door handles, bathroom handles, fridge handles, cabinet ledges - I used an antibacterial wipe to clean them and they did show tiny bit of dirt. Considering the rooms between those on the lift side and other side are separated by two doors, wouldnt it be considerate to just remove the need for tapping to unlock them? Guests may have more than one luggage and it is such a hassle to keep having one hand tapping the unlock button on the phone. Wifi was rather unstable but speed was adequate. The banging of doors throughout the stay means you need to install door hinges that prevent slamming.

Room got river view and equipped with a washing machine, fridge and microwave oven, which is abit more like an airbnb apartment. Check in and out are all via phone, no reception counter. The place manager was helpful and room was clean.

We stayed for slightly less than a month - the location was really awesome with 4 different MRTs nearby, and right in the city centre. Great rooftop bar as well! The customer service team were really helpful and responded very quickly with our questions. The app check-in was not ideal as the app did not accept our credit card (after multiple tries), but Heera and the team helped us resolve it and also provide us with a physical card - issues resolved. The room was bright and had most things we needed for the size. However, the shower experience leaves some room for improvement. The little step between the shower flower and the rest of the bathroom was not "big" enough to stop the water from flowing out of the shower.. was OK without causing much issues, but could definitely be improved.

Location was awesome. Although my room was right above the restaurant, it wasn't that noisy. Communication with staff was done via WhatsApp who are responsive. Only complain was that room wasn't that clean. There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge (which is at eye level) and the table had some visible dirt on it. Toilet has some strands of hair. Not that big an issue though. Overall, it was a good stay. Very comfortable bed
