Beyond the beautiful timepieces, the service level at Panerai MBS is amazing! The Sales specialist , CK, provided great advice and excellent service. He took the time to explain the models and even took the extra effort to wait for a better timepiece to arrive before contacting me again. I will definitely be back for more! ??

As an ardent fan of Panerai, I was so excited when my daughter told me that there was a Panerai boutique here (which I was totally not aware of)! Passed by without any intention of going in as I was about to go for a meal. Saw Dan Arzuan at the entrance and he gave me the homely feeling while inviting me in to look around. He was so competent and confident with his knowledge of the brand and the different models which are available. He was very sincere and was not holding back any information from me. Introduced me to a limited edition not yet released watch and, lo & behold I became the proud owner of it within 2 weeks from the time I met him. And to make everything even sweeter, the boutique presented me with my watch and a surprised birthday cake on my Birthday! What more can I ask for… For those who have any intention to buy a Panerai watch or even just to know more about it, do highly consider to drop by this boutique and look out for Dan Arzuan - Dan the Man! Even if he is not around, all the other staffs are super friendly and helpful as well.. Honestly, you will have a great experience there!

This review has been long overdue. Met Rosa from Panerai Boutique (MBS) in Sept 2020 and purchased my very first luxury watch as a wedding gift to myself and my wife to be. Was very glad to have met Rosa who was very patient in showing and explaining to us the various models of watches that Panerai carries as well as its beginnings and heritage. We are really glad to have met her and forged this friendship in the world of horology. Fast forward to 2 years later, she actually surprised me with a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday even thou it has been ages since we last visited the boutique. This gesture certainly goes a long way. Panerai is really blessed to have a staff like Rosa to be amongst their team to display the true meaning of customer service. If anyone is looking or thinking of purchasing a Panerai watch, I highly recommend you to head down to the Panerai boutique at MBS and look for Rosa. You will definitely be in good hands. I am writing this compliment letter for Mr CK Teo of your MBS boutique. I previously sent the feedback through the website but I think it didn’t get through. I have been looking at Panerai watches for the longest time. Just that I cannot convince myself to get such an expensive watch. Although wife has ‘encouraged’ me to go for Rolex, I still had my eyes on Panerai. Was looking at some of your dealers range and it was not very fantastic. Service was so-so average, nothing to shout about. I think they are more concerned about the watches rather than my customer experience It was a normal Friday on 3rd June when my wife and I decided to visit the Panerai boutique at MBS to look at the range of watches. We were welcomed by CK Teo. He was very patient and we kinda of clicked within the first 10 minutes of interaction. We felt that he is a very sincere and genuine sales person. He gives the vibes that made us felt very comfortable and a heart-warming feeling. I was very undecided on the range of watches because there are too many to choose from. Never did CK once showed any signs of frustration or impatience. His enthusiasm is as good as a Energizer battery… He would give his opnions and comments on the various models which I tried. The best part is, he allowed me to walk around the shop and even told me to walk out of the shop to feel the watch because the lighting is different inside and outside of the shop. As you can see, he is more concerned with my customer experience rather than afraid of me running away with the watches, which I had the latter feeling at your dealers initially. Life is such an irony at times. Just when I am so undecided on buying the watch initially, we ended up buying not one piece but two pieces of Panerai watches. This was never in the plan as I only wanted to buy one for myself. Somehow, the connection we have with CK and the service we received made us go for it. I guess it’s a case of ‘the stars aligned’. We spent a good 2-3hrs at a watch shop.. Gosh ! To sum it up, I would like to compliment CK’s excellent service. It was his heart-warming service that concluded the sale. He is not a hard sell salesperson that is every shopper’s nightmare and would like to avoid. He makes you feel so comfortable it doesn’t seem like he is selling you something but more like a friend-to-friend interaction. This is very important in the service line. Please send him our kind regards and I would recommend anyone looking for a Panerai watch to him without hesitation.
