Was here about two weeks ago to see a wallet I saw online. The staff including security guard was friendly and nice. I went in worry about my appearance since I was quite badly dress that day and had flip flop on. I know how these shop are sometime. Was happy to meet a nice sales person which show me the different colour of the wallet. Big difference compare to the branch at Marina Bay which I try to get in at two separate occasion but was ask to queue in a unfriendly way.

if u want to experience BAD service and to be condescend or make yourself feel small. This is the place to go to. First they will make you queue for hours, while you see people walk in without queuing. Then the staff there will assume an air of superiority and make you feel lousy - they will execute the art of looking down on you. I wonder why people buy their products at all!

I visited the store on 7 March and was attended to by Alicia (sp?). I have to agree with other reviewers that the standard of customer service at this store is very low. Despite waiting for 3 hours to enter the store, I felt that my SA was being intentionally unhelpful to the encourage me to leave. I do believe that the SA at this store will prioritise customers based on their appearance and spending history. I say this because while speaking with my SA, she seemed distracted and dismissive, as though she was encouraging me to leave the store instead of taking my time to browse. On multiple occasions I was left unattended while browsing, which makes me wonder why I had to wait 3 hours to enter the store when Hermes is supposed to have a 1:1 service ratio. At one point I asked my SA where is the home objects, to which she replied “on the second floor, you can just go there” as she pointed to the elevator. I even tried to make small talk with my SA to see if she would lighten up a bit, but she didn’t reciprocate in any of the small talk. I left the store empty handed and took my money to Goyard, where the SA provided awesome customer service. Perhaps Alicia was having a bad day, but after looking at other similar reviews, it sounds like terrible customer service is the norm at Hermes Taka. I won’t be returning.

Faced a misunderstanding with another customer today, I had mistook a customer’s belonging as a display item. However, the SA whom was serving that customer didn’t ease the tension. Instead the SA was saying some rude remark about the whole incident. Hermes, you didn’t train your SA well, especially in situation handling. The wet market stall owners can handle so much better than your staff,?? sorry Felicia or Alicia

It's my first time shopping at Hermès. I met the young security wearing silver spectacles at the front door, he was very professional and polite. I joined the virtual queue and came back after my lunch. I was served by Elise, very bubbly person that made my retail experience very enjoyable. Overall a good experience here! ?

I’m so glad my husband made a right choice to choose to step into Hermès Takashimaya and got me my advanced 30th birthday gift here. The SA who assisted me, Andre Gn, he was really soft spoken, patient, polite and helpful. I really appreciate him for his assistance, especially the fact that he was personal and sincere towards his service when I do not have a spending history in Hermès. He gave us a lot of space and privacy to roam around and think through our options, which I think that is really important in customer service. This is my very first purchase from Hermès boutique and my shopping experience have been really wonderful and memorable. Thank you Andre and the team!

The employees are educated to look down on others and know how to tell fortunes for customers. Right now, there are only some of their existing customers who think they are working in a great place. Don't forget that the existing customers are also from new customers. I don't want a good service, but you should understand the basic manners! I'm sure I'm not the only customer who was treated so rudely. Employees should also not cherish customers, because so many bad feedback, your employees' attitude is still so bad. So you guys are amazing staff.
