I bought a Little America Backpack quite a while ago, and the leather straps were beginning to flake even though the bag itself was perfectly fine. Went through the warranty claims process and was amazed at how simple and efficient it was. Submitted supporting images and Herschel sent me a gift card with the corresponding amount spent on my old bag within the hour! Ordered a new bag and couldn’t be more impressed with Herschel’s post-sales support. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service for the online platforms (Lazada and Shopee). I would have expected the LazMall Seller to at least reply in proper english but half the time the messages are impossible to make out. It was a horrible experience for me to purchase from them as I received a faulty product and wanted to make at least an exchange but ended up getting a refund because I couldn't deal with their BS. 1) Really bad service 2) Really slow replies 3) Faulty product and poor experience for exchanging of product/refunds.
Really, just really, don't purchase from their Online platforms. Horrendous. Gave them 2 days to at least try to fix this but they really cannot make it.
