★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unassuming, neighbourhood place for a cuppa with a meal or snack. Located within a community centre. It was quiet on the Friday afternoon I was here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Friendly staff. Food is ok, except baked beans are cold. Coffee is ok but only half a cup. Moderate pricing, but cheaper compared to hillv2 across the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenient rest stop within the community centre. A cozy cafeteria serving some standard dishes like laksa, mee siam, pasta, lasagne and other dessert stuff. Not a big menu but its good enuf! I tried the mee siam and its actually quite good. The portion is also decently sized. Would have been even better if they sell fried chicken wings as well. Definitely a plus as I would always love to have it complementing my mee siam!
What l really like is the simplicity and unpretentiousness of this cafe. Gives it a very neighbourhood feel. For now..hidden rock certainly has promises! Will want to go back to try other stuff on the menu soon. 3.5 stars for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet place for lah kopi. Not advisable during hot weather. Buffalo wings very delicious. Ham n Cheese Sandwich also very good. Cheap n reasonable. Must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Place for a cuppa and food. Beef lasagne is good, but my prawn aglio is a bit too peppery. Coffee is ok but could be better?.
Heard Laksa is good, but it didn’t come with cockles, so I skipped. Will try other foods next time.

Been here couple of times:
Friendly owner, lots of regular customer, they also allow pre-order @ 6208 9563.
They operate 8:30am ~ 9 pm, closed on Saturday only.
In the late afternoon, nice place to have short meeting with friends here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy cafe that is inside Hillview CC. Run by this retired couple and I loved their mee siam and fried bee hoon! An added bonus is that they accept CDC vouchers and there is ample parking downstairs in basement. If you are taking mrt then alight at Hillview station and walk towards Hillv2 mall. Hillview community centre is just on the left. Drop by for some home cooked goodness!! I was there to do some 360 filming recently and the bee hoon tasted as great..soft and moist!!!!
