I went for my first waxing, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, The atmosphere was lovely, and therapist name Vimmi who performed the waxing was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. Such amazing service and care by Vimmi The wax she used (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences Iβm glad to say itβs been great.
No pain.
No tear in skin.
No bruise.
No time waste during the process. I will definitely become a regular customer at Pink Parlour Capitol Piazza and would highly recommend that others do the same! Easy enough to get an appointment and Vimmi accommodate my schedule clearly and the prices, and packages was well explained and I love the way she does the work, it was very professional. The price is reasonable. Satisfied with the service and quality service as provided throughout my wax therapy. Worth every time and money spent.

β β β β β I was served by Vimmi for a full waxing. She gave the best experience ever. She ensured I felt little pain. She totally engaged me throughout the 3 hours. She paid extra attention to my service when I mentioned I was flying off the following day for a competition. I will definitely come back regularly.

β β β β β I visited the Capitol Piazza centre and it was absolutely great! It was very convenient and the staff was great. Special mention to Cicilia who was very good not only with waxing service (no pain)but also she helped me in charging my phone and made sure I was able to book a cab safely.

β β β β β I have been using Pink Parlour's service for about 2 years and have tried various outlets. However, I have stayed on at Capitol due to the good service by Cilia. She is very friendly and adds a personal touch to the experience while maintaining professionalism with good techniques in waxing and IPL. I would recommend Cilia as your top choice, if she's available :)

Miss Cicilia was so patient and calm while doing and she never made me to say any issue after I got my services done. I would recommend everyone to have a visit to pink parlour and can get your services done from Cicilia. β₯οΈβ₯οΈ
