My recent encounter with sk jewellery (bugis outlet) was surprisingly unpleasant considering I had such a memorable first experience for my wedding band purchase @ plaza singapura outlet, hence the return. Me n my wife visited the Bugis Junction outlet on 19June to scout for her wedding gift (Si Dian Jing ) and was attended by Angie. We bought bracelet,chain and earrings, We have decided a pair earrings and was told by Angie to try on, however due to hygiene reason, we thought of making the purchase first then my wife would fit them back home. To her dismay, she realised both pair's shape aren't the same and fitting was loose due to poor workmanship. Subsequently, a call back to Angie met with such disdain response by her telling me off that WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING! and I responded feeling agitated to say if she's uninterested to assist us then we will visit outlet instead. Angie called back shortly after to arrange for troubleshooting the next day and we went over once more. Upon arrival, we were just baffled by how we were treated in the outlet, Angie completely ignored us for whatever reason and ended up being assisted by another salesman Alwlyn, whom at least was helpful enough to explain that the earrings shape slight variance is due to overseas design and proceeded to help with the fitting adjustment.I know he tried his best to fit it. But due to defective workmanship,there are still some flaws. Our overall 2nd experience with SK Jewellery was really a disappointment in terms of cust service considering we made a sizeable purchase and being treated poorly during the after sales. Moreover, the inconvenience caused could be avoided and my wife's selection could've been better had Angie being upfront & more detailed about the product info since inception. Instead, my wife ended up with a pair of earrings which she doesn't seem to adore and might not wear it often due to the reasons above. I'm writing this not looking to solicit any rebates / refund for our recent purchase but merely expressing my disgruntlement on the service lapses SK Jewellery.

Good service from Bugis Junction's SK! My bracelet broken by accident when I clean it with soap, the staff here Ms. Gina Lim help me to send back to factory to repair with just $40. Thank you for the good service.
