★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is pretty good. A service approaches me and ask me if I was buying gift for a girl. I respond looking for rose gold bangle and she direct me to the right section. She even tell me about gift box and offer to remove the price tag. The only lacking point is that she doesn't inform me that there is a cost for the paper box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the staff very friendly, very recommended item to customer and inform me the different colours to me since the colour I couldn't see it properly whether is gold or rose gold. Will definitely come back and purchase again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When purchasing, staff is friendly. But when it comes to exchange/refund, staff is clueless, I think there’s room for improvement on training in terms of these basic retail transactions. Unless the business is only focused on customer service only when there is money to be made? Undoubtedly the prices are affordable and there’s a large variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there on Tuesday, 28 Sept, 6:30pm was unfriendly and quite rude. Asked to clarify about the price because from my experience not all items were on sale but she kept denying what I said was not true in a very rude manner. When I purchased the item, she was showing bad attitude “key here”, “there”, “ok?” as if I was bothering her and handed me the items like she was giving trash to me. This shop needs to train their staff better. No need to treat your customers like queen but must have some basic customer service skills. Wont go there again if I see her next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girl wanted to get some accessories so she pulled me into the shop, even before we got in and was at the entrance, there was a tall malay staff who stared down at her (rather unfriendly).
Even when we walked into the shop and my girl was browsing through, the staff asked her again (rather unfriendly) how can I help you. Which frightened my girl off, when I replied her, we're just taking a look. She kept quiet and didnt reply nor react.
It is quite obvious that it wasnt a friendly how can I help you but a menacingly look as she talked to my girl. We didnt appreciate the way she scanned us while we were shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my ears pierced today and the staff were absolutely wonderful, I didn't manage to catch the name of the girl who pierced my ears but she was so lovely and entertained all my questions. She also helped me to decide where to pierce my ears and recommended what earrings to wear for the piercing! Overall, it was a really wonderful experience and it really made my day so thank you!! <3
