One of the worst online experiences, Something was bought from the online section and shipped as a Christmas gift. After Christmas, we took 2 days to respond saying that the outfit was too small. We emailed and asked if we could get a different size sent to us. They refused and said their policy was only a 5 day return policy. We pleaded and said this is absurd that we couldn't return. They refused and now we lost a good amount of money. I feel like i was taken advantage of, and they had no empathy that fact that it was a Christmas gift and had to wait until Christmas to open it and find out if it fit or not. Please do not buy anything from them.

The online customer service is really bad. They sent me a wrong item and all they did was to ask me to return my item and I would be refunded with store credits which I still did not received yet after almost a month. I tried to ask for an exchange in stores for the color that I bought but they told me that it was not possible and I could only return it through mail. I feel like since they were in the wrong they should have been more accommodating. In the end I could not get the item I wanted because it was sold out already and now I'm still waiting for my refund. As much as I love the clothes here I'll have to think twice about buying it online.

Gotten the wrong items (which i accidentally added to my cart) and received a defected item hence had to mail back the items they do deduct $2 for ea piece returned unless defected despite that they r quite speedy with their returns. Using your membership discount does not entitle you any form of exchange so you need to be careful with that. Other than that, i really like their style and design. Customer service is also rather speedy and respectful :) Thank you kudos to the TCL team for resolving my issue!

I would give thumbs up for the quality and fashionability of clothes here. But thumbs down for the customer service at the retail store. I went to the outlet at Raffles Exchange yesterday and though it was still a while more before closing time of 8.30pm, the retail assistant (long hair girl with glasses, most probably not a local) was very gan jiong about knocking off on time. She keep looking at her watch, and keep on pressing me to make a decision after trying the clothes and she made a very big hint to me by looking at her watch repeatedly. And I'm very sure it was still not 8.30pm at that time. I tried to get her help to check for stocks availability at other outlets and was met by her very "fast bullet-train" replies, coupled with looking at her watch again! The whole shopping experience was a very stressful and ganjiong experience for me. I understand that she may not be paid OT pay but does she have to turn customers away like this? Perhaps she need to be sent to more customer service training asap. ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️ If not for the quality of the clothes, I would have just given 1 star rating for my unpleasant experience with that staff yesterday.

Love the clothing and feel of this store! However only allowed 3 pieces of clothing at one go to try one which is so troublesome if I want to try different styles

Staff have consistently been very pleasant to converse with and I appreciate their help with the clothing and sizing. It was also very pleasant to engage in small talk with them, which makes the service very much personalized. I think their attentiveness and friendly disposition when assisting with customers always makes each visit a great one.

Fast fashion at its finest. Store assistant was the least helpful. I'm not sure what I should expect from a young lady prob in her teens or early 20s just earning "minimum wage" passing her time really. Saw 1 staff on a Tues evening. Sizing is typical "Asian size". I usually wear UK10-12 and would have to size up here. I do appreciate the basic minimalist designs. What I didn't like was how the quality of the apparels are seemingly inferior. A few of the items I tried on were fraying or furring. Just wasn't in good or brand new condition. Really wanted to get a pair of pants but it was the last piece and in addition to the surface furring, I see threads running. I guess that's how they keep the cost "low" (by using inferior quality fabric).
